This lovely, holiday villa is set in a beautiful location, with breathtaking views of the beautiful countryside. It is located just outside Peristerona, less than a twenty-minute drive to the traditional, picturesque village of Polis, where there is a wealth of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The fishing village of Latchi, with its lovely beach and many fish restaurants, is a fifteen minute drive from the villa.

Interior

This beautiful, two-storey villa is a traditional stone build and has an open plan living room and dining area, with patio doors leading to the terrace. The kitchen is spacious with hand made cupboards and fully equipped for a self catering villa holiday. Villa Serenity has four attractive bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and access to a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi style corner bath. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, separate dressing area and an en suite bathroom. A further bedroom has twin beds and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead from both bedrooms to a shared furnished terrace with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. The villa is air conditioned throughout; air conditioning in the bedrooms is included in the price but for the living room, kitchen and gym is an optional extra and payable locally.

Exterior

Situated on a large plot of land, surrounded by fields and olive trees, this villa provides peace and tranquillity and offers stunning views of the Peristerona countryside. The large swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres and is surrounded by a sun terrace, a poolside shower and a beautiful stone barbecue. The pool can be heated during cooler months and this is an optional extra and charged locally. Please enquire for prices. A covered terrace and a detached pergola with patio furniture provide idyllic places to sit and relax whilst enjoying the panoramic and beautiful scenery.

Amenities

This beautiful region with its breathtaking views and miles and miles of picturesque coastline makes this a wonderful setting for a villa holiday. This area also provides a variety of road-side restaurants and taverns offering everything from traditional Greek food to international cuisine. The Steni valley is located near coastal resort of Polis, which has become a charming and active venue for people wanting the smaller tourist areas on the island. It has a picturesque square full of lively Cypriot bars and restaurants, with a few shops in between. This is a perfect venue to while away the hours enjoying delicious food and local life. Following the coastline to the west, lies the simple village of Latchi, with its long beach, small harbour and large choice of traditional fish restaurants dotted along the sea front. From the harbour, a variety of coastal excursions can be booked, including small boat hire for fishing trips. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include diving, snorkelling, exciting jeep safaris and balloon flights. A ten minute drive from the villa takes you to thew best trout fishing on the island at a local resevoir. The Baths of Aphrodite are among many famous tourist attractions in the area and a drive to the Troodos mountains provides a beautiful and fascinating spectacle of Cyprus.
