This excellent, well-presented, terraced villa has been built in Gozotian, farmhouse style and offers a high standard of holiday accommodation. It is located only a ten-minute walk from the delightful village of Gharb and has pretty country views from its terraces.

Interior

This charming and spacious villa has been very well decorated with attractive, modern and traditional style furnishings. It provides a lovely and very comfortable atmosphere for a relaxing family holiday. There is a stylish living room with a fireplace, TV, DVD and an archway to a large, well-equipped kitchen which combines a dining room table and patio doors leading out to the swimming pool. This villa has five bedrooms over three floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent shower room. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms; one with an en-suite shower room and one with an en-suite bathroom. Both have access to a terrace with views over the surrounding countryside. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds. They have access to an adjacent shower room and there is also a sitting room on this level with doors to a terrace, with lovely rural views.

Exterior

Doors from the kitchen and dining area lead out to the small, walled terrace which surrounds the 3.5 x 6 metre swimming pool entered by integral steps. There is a patio dining area with seating for 6 and a barbecue. This area provides a very sheltered and charming venue for al fresco meals in the wonderful Gozo climate. Parking is available in a three car interconnecting garage.

Amenities

Dar Ta Gigani is situated in the typical Gozitan village of Gharb. There is a small central village square which can be reached within a 10minute walk, with a pharmacy, bakery, supermarket and a bar. A couple of farmhouse style restaurants can be found in the village and the resorts of Xlendi and Marsalforn are a short drive away with a selection of more restaurants and local bars.
