This charming and traditional villa is situated in the heart of the Akamas Peninsular, surrounded by citrus groves and spectacular countryside. Villa Cintia offers good quality accommodation hidden away from the bustle of the resorts. It is only a five minute to the lively, picturesque village of Polis, where there is a wealth of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The fishing village of Latchi, with its lovely, beach and many fish restaurants, is also a five minute drive from the villa.
InteriorThis delightful, two-storey villa has an open plan living room with a dining area and four sets of patio doors leading to the dining terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool. There is a separate kitchen, which has everything needed for a self-catering villa holiday. Villa Cintia has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and offers excellent views of the mountains and countryside from the windows. The two remaining bedrooms are situated on the ground floor; they both have twin beds and share a fully fitted, family bathroom.
ExteriorPatio doors from the living room lead out to the spacious dining terrace, which offers fabulous views of the rolling countryside with the sea in the distance. A few steps at the side of the terrace lead down to the large sunbathing terrace, which surrounds the 12 x 4.9 metre swimming pool, entered via ladder steps. A built in barbecue at he side of the terrace completes the setting for enjoying al fresco dining in the warm, Cypriot climate
AmenitiesThis beautiful region with its breathtaking views over miles of picturesque valleys makes this a wonderful setting for a villa holiday. This area also provides a variety of road-side restaurants and taverns offering everything from traditional Greek food to international cuisine. The Goudi valley is located near the larger town of Polis, which offers an abundance of supermarkets, shops, bars. Following the coastline to the west lies the village of Latchi with its harbour and excellent fish restaurants. Small boats can be hired and vessels offering coastal excursions can also be found there. Diving and snorkelling are also available in Latchi. Just past the village of Latchi is the popular tourist attraction known as the baths of Aphrodite. The sporting and adventure facilities are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and sea fishing.
ServicesThere is a weekly maid service and a mid weekly towel change. Air-conditioning is available but is an optional extra and is paid locally.
