Set in beautiful gardens, Casa Caitlin is a very attractive family villa offering comfortable holiday accommodation in a beautiful Algarve setting. The villa is contained within its own walled grounds secured by electric gates; the pool terrace is also gated making it safe for families with small children. Casa Caitlin is in an excellent location with a lovely sandy beach and villages are within walking distance, as well as a good selection of restaurants and bars. The historic town of Lagos is a fifteen minutes drive and has an extensive range of shops, superb restaurants, bars and more beautiful beaches.

Interior

This is a very well-presented and comfortable, single storey villa which has been furnished to a high standard. It has a spacious, open plan and well-furnished living room with patio doors to the upper terrace, which has dining furniture and views over the garden towards the sea. There is a fully fitted, compact and well-equipped kitchen. Casa Caitlin has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with an over-bath shower. There is a twin bedroom with doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with an over-bath shower. The third bedroom is the children’s bedroom, with a single and a pull out bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace at the rear of the villa. The property benefits from central heating for cooler, winter evenings.

Exterior

This lovely holiday villa is set in a lovely garden planted with mature palm trees. Steps lead down from the al fresco dining terrace to the gated swimming pool which measures 8x4.5 metres and is entered via roman steps.

Amenities

Casa Caitlin is in an ideal location, just 1km to Luz centre for shops and restaurants . The beautiful Blue Flag beach of Praia da Luz , is just 1.5km away and is a sheltered bay of fine golden sand with a selection of restaurants, cafes and shops situated along the beachfront promenade. It offers a number of activities including sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, kayaking and wake boarding.
The historic town of Lagos is a short drive away and has an extensive range of shops, restaurants and bars and in the old town there are many historical sites and intricate architecture. There are more superb beaches and spectacular coastline along with a marina which offers boat excursions, such as the Grotto Tour with local fisherman giving a guided tour of the caves, cliffs and coves that surround the area.

Services

There is a maid service three times per week. Please note that a security deposit of 250€ is required.

Car Requirements

Although a car is not considered essential for this villa as the the village and beach at Praia da Luz are within reasonable distance, we feel a car is recommended to enjoy the surrounding area.
