Casa Rosales is lovely, semi-detached townhouse situated in a very convenient location within walking distance of the pretty village of Luz with its restaurants, bars and and the beautiful , sandy beach. Lagos is within a short drive and a visit is a must for restaurants, the fresh fish market and the historic town centre.

Interior

This two storey house is stylishly furnished throughout and has a light, airy ambience. Casa Rosales has three attractive bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to a terrace and the third bedroom has twin beds. These bedrooms share a family shower room. Stairs lead upstairs to the comfortably furnished, open plan living and dining room with sliding patio doors that lead to a terrace, ideal for outdoor dining.The bedrooms all benefit from air conditioning which is included in the price.

Exterior

To the rear of the property is a small, secluded terrace with a private pool measuring 6m x 4m which is accessed by integral steps. Outdoor table and chairs and the built in barbecue make it a perfect place for alfresco dining.

Situated in the Monte Lemos residential area of Praia da Luz, Casa Rosales is an ideal position just 1km to Luz centre for shops and restaurants . The beautiful Blue Flag beach of Praia da Luz , is just 1.5km away and is a sheltered bay of fine golden sand with a selection of restaurants, cafes and shops situated along the beachfront promenade. It offers a number of activities including sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, kayaking and wake boarding.
The historic town of Lagos is a short drive away and has an extensive range of shops, restaurants and bars and in the old town there are many historical sites and intricate architecture. There are more superb beaches and spectacular coastline along with a marina which offers boat excursions, such as the Grotto Tour with local fisherman giving a guided tour of the caves, cliffs and coves that surround the area.
