This excellent, high quality townhouse is situated within the prestigious Lakeside Village development. This superb location, is within the exclusive resort of Quinta do Lago and next to the lake. At nearby Quinta shopping (3.5 km) visitors can enjoy an excellent choice of designer boutiques, restaurants and bars all offering a sophisticated atmosphere. Both the beautiful Quinta do Lago lake and the beach are within walking distance making the villa the ideal holiday villa. Casa Rubia is next door for larger groups or families.

Interior

Casa Bronti is a stylishly decorated, spacious townhouse offering an excellent standard of accommodation for a relaxing Algarve holiday. On the ground floor, the bright and airy living room and dining area has patio doors leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The separate, modern, fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday. Casa Rubia has two attractive bedrooms located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. This villa benefits from air-conditioning throughout which is included in the cost.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to a partially covered terrace with patio dining furniture and a barbecue, providing the perfect setting for relaxing and al fresco dining in the warm, Portuguese climate. A couple of steps lead down to the beautiful, 6 x 4 metre swimming pool, which is entered by integral steps and is surrounded by a furnished, sun bathing terrace. The swimming pool can be heated during winter months at an extra charge. This property also benefits from a roof terrace, offering fabulous views across Lakeside Village and to Lake Quinta do Lago.

Amenities

The villa is located in Lakeside Village on the exclusive and prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago.The nearest beach is at the watersports centre on the beautiful Quinta do Lago lake which is a 5 minutes walk away. The beach at Quinta do Lago is walking distance (approx. 30 minutes) or approx. 5 minutes by car. The other spectacular beaches in the area are within 10 mins by car. The resort is situated on spectacular coastline and set in a glorious pine forest. Visitors can enjoy an excellent choice of designer boutiques, trendy restaurants and bars offering a sophisticated atmosphere. Less than a ten minute drive away are the prestigious resorts of Dunas Douradas and Vale do Lobo. Between them they have two superb 18-hole golf courses, a Tennis Academy and a wide choice of beach bars and cafes, offering traditional and international mouth-watering cuisine. The golden sand beaches of the resorts are bordered by red sandstone cliffs and are lapped by the aquamarine waters of the Atlantic Ocean. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the exclusive resort of Vilamoura and its picturesque marina with pavement cafes, bars, designer boutiques and international restaurants. A variety of marine excursions leave from here, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting. A twenty-five minute drive inland takes you to the small village of Guia, famous for its spectacular Zoo-Marine park with shows featuring parrots, sea lions and dolphins. There is even the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.

Services

Casa Rubia has maid service three times a week. Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £200 in cash to the local manager upon arrival.

Car Requirements

There are 3 or 4 nice restaurants within walking distance but it is highly recommended to hire a car to see a bit of the "real" Portugal and to get to proper supermarkets in nearby Almancil.
