This excellent villa is in a very sought after location and is surrounded by a wealth of superb amenities. It is extremely well presented and offers a very good standard of Algarve, holiday accommodation. Within strolling distance is a very good restaurant, the supermarket and Vale do Lobo Shopping plaza, golf clubhouse and the health and beauty spa. It’s also within reasonable walking distance to the beachside shopping and dining centre at the Praca and access to the fabulous sandy beach.

Interior

This superb, two storey, villa offers bright, spacious and well-furnished accommodation for a memorable, family holiday. It has a large living room with a fireplace, marble floors, and patio doors, which lead to a covered terrace, the garden and swimming pool. There is a separate dining area and a large, fully furnished and well-equipped kitchen with access to a utility room. Casa Eliana has four good-sized and attractive bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with twin beds, one has an en-suite bathroom and the other has an adjacent shower room. The master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a large terrace, with views to the beach and the golf course. This villa benefits from air-conditioning throughout.

Exterior

Patio doors lead from the living room to a spacious terrace surrounding the 9 x 3.5m swimming pool which is accessed by integral steps. Comfortable patio furniture provides a perfect spot for al-fresco dining.

Amenities

Casa Eliana is well located, in the Vale San Antonio area of Vale do Lobo. It’s a short walk to the Vale do Lobo Shopping Plaza, which features boutiques, a good wine merchant, the health and beauty spa and the golf clubhouse. A fifteen minute walk down Avenida do Mar along shaded walkway is the famous Praca with its wide selection of restaurants, bars, boutiques, cafes and access to the beautiful beach.
The resort is situated on spectacular coastline and set in a glorious pine forest with two superb 18-hole golf courses, the Ocean and the Royal. The Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy in the resort has first class facilities and offers tennis lessons for all levels as well as court hire.
Less than a ten minute drive away is exclusive shopping and dining in Quinta do Lago with a sophisticated atmosphere. “Quinta Shopping” and “Bouganvillea Plaza” offer a wide choice of classy boutiques as well as bustling restaurants and cafes, which are very popular with families. For traditional water sports head into Quinta do Lago, near the beach is a large lake where a variety of watersports are available including windsurfing, sailing and pedaloes can be hired, there’s also a well sited restaurant café at the water’s edge where you can relax and watch the activities.
Also within a 10 minute drive is the horse riding centre and a Go-Kart track. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the resort of Vilamoura and its bustling marina and a variety of marine excursions, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting. Vilamoura is best known for its golf courses of which there are five. This area also has a number of water parks with the nearest one, Aquashow at Vilasol, several others can be found on the N 125 heading west. A twenty-five minute drive west takes you to the small town of Guia, famous for its authentic chicken piri-piri and seafood restaurants as well as some nearby fantastic sandy cove beaches. The Zoo-Marine theme park near Armacao da Pera has a number of family friendly rides, sea-life shows and there is the opportunity to swim with dolphins.

Services

Maid service is provided five times a week with a mid week towel change. For guests staying longer than one week there is also a weekly linen change.
