This stylish, two-storey townhouse is situated in the centre of the famous Golden Triangle located between Dunas Douradas and Quinta do Lago within the Garrao development. This superb location is a 5 minute walk to Garrao beach, 10 minutes walk to the local minimart and nearest restaurants, offering a perfect base from which to explore this popular holiday destination. Quinta do Lago is renowned for its excellent choice of designer boutiques, trendy restaurants and bars, all offering a sophisticated atmosphere.
InteriorThis excellent, property has been stylishly decorated and has the atmosphere of a bright, spacious and modern villa. It is perfect for a relaxing, villa holiday, in either summer or winter as it has the benefit of air-conditioning, heating and a wood burning fireplace. A hallway leads to the large, modern kitchen and the guest cloakroom. Several steps then lead down to an attractive living room, which has a dining area and patio doors to the terrace and the swimming pool. Casa Cecelia has two attractive bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a small terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room.
ExteriorDoors from the living room lead out to a very private, partially covered terrace, which surrounds the 5x2.5 metre swimming pool, which is entered by integral steps. Patio furniture and a barbecue provide an idyllic venue for al fresco dining, in the warm Algarve climate.
AmenitiesCasa Cecilia is well located in this quiet community, just a short distance to the five star Ria Park Hotel with a restaurant and bar and an impressive health spa set over three floors and, Dunas Douradas resort with restaurant, snack bar and mini-market. You can also walk to the beautiful sandy beach where you can hire sun loungers and enjoy lunch at one of a number of beach-side restaurants. Just a few minutes drive to the west of here is Vale do Lobo, perhaps the best known resort in the Algarve with a wonderful choice of amenities, two golf courses, a tennis academy with pro coaching, there's a new spa and wellness centre within the Vale do Lobo Shopping centre which also has some fine boutiques and a wine merchant, whilst down by the beach is the famous Praca, a dining and entertainment centre with a choice of restaurants, bars and cafes. Ten minutes to the east is “Quinta Shopping” and “Bouganvillea Plaza” which offer a wide choice of classy boutiques as well as bustling restaurants and cafes, which are very popular with families. Quinta do Lago is a huge resort area that contains several luxury resorts and prestigious detached villas amongst the 72 holes of world-class golf on offer. Close to the beach is a large lake where a variety of watersports are available including windsurfing, sailing and pedaloes can be hired, there’s also a well sited restaurant café at the water’s edge where you can relax and watch the activities. Beach access is via a long wooden bridge that straddles the waters of the nature reserve below, and there are fabulous views towards the open sea. Once on the beach there's a superb restaurant open daily with a wonderful choice of fresh fish. Also within 10 minute’s drive is a horse riding centre and a Go-Kart track.
This area also has a number of impressive water parks with the nearest one “Aquashow”at Vilasol, several others can be found on the N 125 heading west. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the resort of Vilamoura with its bustling marina and a variety of marine excursions, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting. Vilamoura is best known for its golf courses of which there are five. A twenty-five minute drive west takes you to the small town of Guia, famous for its authentic chicken piri-piri and seafood restaurants as well as some nearby fantastic sandy cove beaches. The Zoo-Marine theme park near Armacao da Pera has a number of family friendly rides, sea-life shows and there is the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.
ServicesCasa Cecilia has maid service five times a week. Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £200 in cash to the local manager upon arrival.
Car RequirementsAs you can walk to the beach is car is not required however, you may need a taxi for supermarket shopping and for restaurants and attractions outside Vale do Lobo.
