This superb and much sought after townhouse is in an excellent location in the popular Mimosa area of Vale do Lobo, less than one kilometre from the beach and shops. This attractive villa offers a high standard of Algarve, holiday accommodation and benefits from a charming, secluded pool, sunbathing and dining area. Villa Leanora is fitted with air-conditioning and heating which is included.

Interior

This pretty, well furnished villa has been decorated with attractive, colourful, furnishings and is on two levels. The spacious living room is open plan with a dining area and patio doors leading to the garden and swimming pool. There is a modern and fully fitted kitchen, which is very well equipped for a self-catering holiday. Villa Leanora has three bedrooms and sleeps five guests. The master suite is on the upper level. It has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and patio doors to a private terrace, with views over the neighbouring communal gardens. There are two bedrooms on the lower level and they share a full bathroom. One has twin beds placed together, the other is a smaller room with a double bed and is more suitable for one person than two. There is a guest cloakroom near the living room.

Exterior

Doors from the living room lead out to a delightful, private terrace. This overlooks the attractive, kidney shaped swimming pool, entered by ladder steps. Sun beds, patio furniture and a barbecue complete the setting for many hours of relaxation and al fresco dining in the glorious, Algarve climate.

Amenities

Villa Leanora is well located within the Mimosa area of Vale do Lobo, just a short walk to the famous Praca with its wide selection of restaurants, bars, boutiques, cafes and the beach access. It is also nearby to the Vale do Lobo Shopping Plaza, the golf clubhouse and is located near the bus stop for the Vale do Lobo circuit bus and guests can purchase a welcome card at reduced rates.The resort is situated on spectacular coastline and set in a glorious pine forest with two superb 18-hole golf courses, the Ocean and the Royal. The Tennis Academy in the resort has first class facilities and offers tennis lessons for all levels. Vale do Lobo has fantastic beach bars and cafes, offering traditional and international cuisine. The fantastic golden sand beach is backed by red sandstone cliffs and washed by the aquamarine waters of the Atlantic Ocean every day. Less than a ten minute drive away is the exclusive shopping and dining in Quinta do Lago with its sophisticated atmosphere. Also within a 10 minute drive is the horse riding centre and a Go-Kart track. For traditional water sports head into Quinta do Lago for wind surfing, jet skis, pedaloes and sailing on both the lake and the lagoon. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the resort of Vilamoura and its bustling marina and a variety of marine excursions, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting. Vilamoura is best known for its golf courses of which there are five. This area also has a number of water parks with the nearest one being at Vilasol and several others can be found on the N 125 heading west. A twenty-five minute drive west takes you to the small town of Guia, famous for its authentic chicken piri-piri and seafood restaurants as well as some nearby fantastic sandy cove beaches. The Zoo-Marine theme park near Armacao da Pera has a number of family friendly rides, sea-life shows and there is the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.

Services

Villa Leanora has maid service twice a week. Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £200 in cash to the local manager upon arrival.

Car Requirements

As you can walk to almost all the amenities in Vale do Lobo is car is not essential but we do recommend a car however as you will need transport for supermarket shopping and for restaurants and attractions outside Vale do Lobo.
