This excellent, modern villa is in a beautiful, elevated, position above the village of Kissonerga. It is only a few minutes walk from the village centre and a five minute drive to the beach. It is situated in a wonderful, private, setting on a huge property full of fruit trees. The large, private swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace offering comfortably furnished sun and shady areas with distant views to the sea. This villa offers superb holiday accommodation of a very high standard. This villa benefits from WiFi internet access, air-conditioning and heating for cooler winter months.

Interior

Villa Kyrenia has been designed and furnished for maximum, stylish comfort. It is very spacious and light throughout, offering a lovely space for a relaxing, Cyprus holiday. The villa has many extra features to set it apart, including a very modern design, using local sandstone and wooden beams. At the centre of the house is a large, open plan living room, with two sofa seating areas and a fireplace. There is a very well-equipped and modern kitchen, which is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar. From here there are doors leading to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. Villa Kyrenia has four attractive and good-sized bedrooms all with an en-suite bathroom or shower room. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds, an en-suite shower room and a separate toilet. A wooden staircase leads to a first floor gallery and onwards to the remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. On this upper level there is also a spacious terrace, which can be accessed from the master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms ,with lovely views to the sea, patio dining furniture and stairs leading down to the pool terrace. Villa Kyrenia benefits from air conditioning in the bedrooms which is included in the price. Air conditioning in the living room is an optional extra and incurrs an extra charge and is payable locally.

Exterior

Doors lead out of the villa to an extensive terrace surrounding the beautiful, 11x4 metre swimming pool, which is entered by ladder steps. Sun beds, a patio dining table and a cosy seating area are placed around the pool and offer both shade and full sun. A barbecue is on hand to complete this idyllic, al fresco venue.

Amenities

Villa Kyrenia is located approximately four kilometres from the sought after resort of Coral Bay which has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar and several water sports facilities. The resort has a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops.The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Kissonerga is approximately a 15minute walk and has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight out of the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast. A five minute drive takes you into lively Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.

For guests staying longer than 10 nights there is a weekly maid service . There is an additional charge for the use of the air-conditioning or heating in the living room, paid locally.
