This is a large family villa ideally situated in the centre of Puerto del Carmen within walking distance of the main beach and seafront promenade with a wealth of restaurants and bars. There is also a private, first floor annexe, which is perfect for larger families and groups.
InteriorVilla Ventura is a comfortable, spacious villa, traditionally furnished and in a perfect setting for a family holiday being very central within the resort of Puerto Del Carmen. It has a large, living and dining room with internal garden and large patio doors that open on to the terrace and gardens. There is a well equipped, independent kitchen and separate utility room. Villa Ventura has two bedrooms in the main house. The master bedroom has a king size bed, patio doors to a terrace and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a side terrace. There is also a shower room and guest cloakroom .The villa will sleep six people in the main house as two extra guests can be comfortably accommodated on fold away beds if required, plus four people in the annex.
The Annexe: - For groups of 7 and over (not including infants), guests will have access to the first floor annexe, which is reached via the gardens. The annexe has a living and dining room with patio doors leading to a terrace which overlooks the pool and has views to the sea, an independent kitchen and two further bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite shower room and picture window with views to the sea. The second bedroom has twin beds, picture windows with sea view and has access to a shower room.
ExteriorThe exterior of this villa is fabulous, with several private terraces off of the bedrooms and luxuriant gardens with fruit trees and a pond with frogs and a relaxing water fountain . To the front of the villas is the large terrace with ample sun beds surrounding the 9x 4.5 metre, electrically heated swimming pool accessed by integral steps and an integral Jacuzzi spa.
AmenitiesVilla Ventura is situated in a slightly elevated, area of Puerto del Carmen. It is within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and only 900 metres to the main beach of Puerto del Carmen and the seafront promenade and the start of 7 kilometres of fabulous, golden beaches, all of which fly the Blue Flag awarded by the EEC for cleanliness and offer sun beds, parasols and a variety of water sports. It is only 1.5 kilometres to the picturesque, old harbour area which is a beautiful and relaxing location from which to watch spectacular sunsets and the local fishermen bringing in the catch of the day, while enjoying a class of sangria or a local wine. Many excursions leave from this harbour, including a glass bottom boat. The small, golden sand beach Playa Chica is approximately 1.3 kilometres from the villa. It also has a volcanic rocky cove, famous for excellent snorkelling, a small restaurant and a dive school. For the young at heart Puerto del Carmen, the largest resort on Lanzarote, has the best selection of night life, including a casino. A variety of sporting activities and entertainment are available in the resort and nearby. These include tennis, karting, mini-golf, bike, quad and buggie rental. The large Biosfera shopping centre in the old town area has an excellent selection of tax-free shops, including Zara, Timberland and Swarovski and a children's play area. Within a few minutes drive is Rancho Texas theme park where children can see a selection of unusual animals, enjoy the daily parrot and sea lion shows and go on pony rides. Line dancing, barbecues and wild-west shows are offered in the evenings. The exclusive marina at Puerto Calero is only a few minutes journey by car, or a water ride taxi from the harbour. It can also be reached along a spectacular costal path and has a superb selection of designer boutiques. It is a beautiful setting in which to enjoy a meal or drink in one of the many restaurants, while enjoying the activities of an international marina and the sight of stunningly luxurious, jet-set boats. It is also the departure point for many popular excursions including game fishing, a catamaran excursion to the famous Papagayo Beaches, submarine trips and yacht charters. This holiday villa is ideally located for exploring the rest of the beautiful island of Lanzarote. Central Puerto del Carmen is only 25 kilometres to the resort of Costa Teguise. Here the islands water park, the biggest aquarium in the Canary Islands, a beautiful 18 hole golf course and world class wind surfing schools are located. The volcanic wine growing region of La Geria is only a few kilometres drive and there are many Bodegas (vineyards) where local produce can be sampled and purchased
