This attractive, semi-detached villa is located in a residential area of Playa Blanca and is the perfect choice for a relaxing villa holiday. It is close to the centre of Playa Blanca and the prestigious Marina Rubicon, via a seafront promenade. Just a 5 minute walk along the promenade will bring you to a small beach which has a "Tropical" beach bar. A further 5 minute walk along this very picturesque walkway, will bring you to another small beach and a selection of excellent restaurants including Italian, Greek and Argentinian as well as the elegant Marea cocktail lounge. The breathtaking Papagayo beaches are a ten minute drive from the villa. A small selection of restaurants, bars and a convenience store are within a small commercial development, a ten minute walk from the villa.
InteriorCasa Yazmina is a single storey villa attractively furnished in traditional Canarian style. The pretty living room has comfortable sofas, trestle dining table and patio doors leading to a terrace and the swimming pool. There is a separate, modern kitchen with access to a utility room. Casa Yazmina has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has twin beds placed together and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and use of a shower room. The villa will accommodate up to four adults and one child under twelve on a fold away bed.
ExteriorPatio doors from the living room lead to the partially covered terrace, which has comfortable patio dining furniture and makes the villa ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the long, sunny Lanzarote evenings. The 7 x 4 metre, electrically heated swimming pool is accessed by ladders in the shallow end and ample sunbeds are provided for soaking up the sun.
AmenitiesCasa Yazmina is conveniently located a five minute drive from the centre of the resort, towards the old lighthouse of Playa Blanca. Within a 10-15 minute walk is a small commercial centre with a mini- mart and a couple of restaurants but a greater selection can be found in the town centre of Playa Blanca, 4.3 kilometres away along the seafront promenade. The promenade is lit at night so you can enjoy a relaxing walk home after a delicious meal overlooking the sea. In recent years Playa Blanca has grown from a traditional Canarian fishing village into a fashionable tourist resort and has retained a great deal of its original character. A pretty promenade runs along the seafront and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest golden sand beach is Playa Flamingo, 2.5 kilometres away which is extremely popular with families due to its shallow, calm nature. The pretty harbour of Playa Blanca is also the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. A water taxi is also available to take people to the unspoilt Papagayo beaches. The amazing Papagayo beaches are only a 20 minute drive away within the Los Ajaches Natural Park and are famous for their golden sands and aquamarine, clear waters. The traditional Canarian villages of Las Brenas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfaya.

Car RequirementsA car is not considered essential as there is a local bus that runs into the centre of Playa Blanca from Faro Park, but we would recommend a car in order to explore the island and its many beaches and attractions.
