Villa Nayla is a beautiful family villa with a private swimming pool, large garden and fabulous views across the sparkling Mediterranean sea. It is located just outside Coral Bay in the spectacular Sea Caves area, close to the Akamas peninsula. It is only a 5 minute drive to the picturesque village of Peyeia, with a selection of taverns, bars and shops. The blue flag beach at Coral Bay is also just five kilometres away. For larger groups or families wishing to holiday together, Villa Valeria, which is next to Villa Nayla, can also be rented.

Interior

This spacious, two-storey villa is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. It has an attractive open plan living room, a dining area with patio doors to the terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. Villa Nayla has three good sized bedrooms, all with optional air-conditioning and excellent views to the sea across the resort of Coral Bay. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors to the terrace and swimming pool. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor; both bedrooms have patio doors to private balconies. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and en-suite shower room and the third bedroom has twin beds and access to a separate bathroom.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead out to the partially covered dining terrace, which has a feature built in barbecue, providing the perfect setting for al fresco dining in the warm Cypriot climate. The fabulous 9.5 x 4.5 metre swimming pool, which is entered via ladder steps, is surrounded by a large, south facing sun bathing terrace and beautiful sub-tropical plants. This group of villas has a communal area, where guests can use the facilities, including table tennis and table football.

Amenities

Villa’s Valeria and Nayla are situated just 500 metres from the coast in the Sea Caves area. The popular Akamas Fish Tavern is less than a five minute walk from the villas and for keen horse riders, Georges Ranch is also just over a five minute walk. Paphos Bird Park is also within walking distance, about fifteen minutes and there is a Go-Carting track within a five minute drive. The large village of Peyeia is a few minutes drive inland and offers supermarkets, taverns, bars and restaurants. It is a good place to meet the friendly Cypriots in a traditional setting while dining on delicious mezes. A few minutes drive leads to the centre of Coral Bay with it's wealth of high quality amenities for discerning holiday makers. This sought after resort is only 4 kilometres away and has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar, water sports and the resort has a good selection of restaurants, boutiques and shops. A 25 minute drive past the Tombs of the Kings takes you into the lively town of Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping for treasures to take home and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service, including a towel and linen change. Air-Conditioning (for cooling and heating) in all bedrooms, if required are charged for at a supplement of EUR €5.00 per unit per day, payable locally. Please note that Wednesday arrivals are preferred during peak season. Please enquire with our reservations staff for alternative days.
