This spacious villa is an excellent choice for families wishing to holiday within easy reach of the amenities and beaches of the popular tourist resort of Coral Bay. Situated on the outskirts of the village of Kissonerga, Villa Piraeus enjoys spectacular sea views and is only 800m from the nearest natural beach and 4km from Coral Bay.

Interior

This spacious, detached villa is traditionally and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor is a large living and dining area which is open plan to the well equipped kitchen. Villa Piraeus has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room and adjacent toilet. Patio doors lead to a side terrace. Two further bedrooms are upstairs with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and patio doors which lead to a large, shared terrace with fabulous views. These bedrooms share a family bathroom. All windows and doors have mosquito screens and all rooms have the option of air conditioning which is available at an extra cost.

Exterior

Villa Piraeus is very private and has spacious and attractive exterior areas with spectacular views across the banana plantations to the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean beyond. Patio doors from the living room lead out to the terrace and pool area with stunning views. The private 8m x 4m swimming pool is accessed by roman steps and is surrounded by sunbathing terraces. There is a built in barbecue to the side of a covered dining area which along with an outdoor hot tub provides the perfect place to relax, dine and enjoy a glass of Cypriot wine.

Amenities

Villa Piraeus is in an excellent location, only 10 minutes by car from the sought after resort of Coral Bay which has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar and several water sports facilities. The resort has a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Kissonegra has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight out of the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast. The nearest natural, shingle beach is 800m away. Paphos, which is lively and rich in night life, shopping and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine is only 15 minutes by car. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.

For guests staying longer than 7 nights, there is a weekly maid service.
Air-Conditioning (for cooling and heating)is in the living room and each bedroom and is an optional extra and is charged for at a supplement of EUR €7.00 per unit per day, payable locally. Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of €200 to the local manager upon arrival.
