This superb villa in Menorca is ideally situated in the S Atalaya area of Binibeca. Villa Tania is in a front line position to the sea with fabulous sea views from Binibeca to Punta Prima. It is in an enviable position within walking distance of the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Binibeca and the restaurants and supermarket at Cala Torret.

Interior

Villa Tania has a spacious, split level, open-plan living and dining area, which is comfortably furnished and has patio doors leading to the terrace. In addition, steps lead up to a mezzanine floor furnished with two sofas. The villa has a well equipped kitchen offering everything for a self catering holiday and there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The villa has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms have twin beds and share a shower room. For added convenience there is a guest cloakroom.

Exterior

Patio doors in the living room lead out to the elevated terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. From here long hours can be spent watching the sensational sunsets and enjoying the superb views. Steps lead to the lower level where there is an extensive sunbathing terrace which surrounds the 9x4 metre swimming pool, accessed via Roman steps. The villa also has a private roof terrace to sit and enjoy the fabulous views.

Amenities

Villa Tania is conveniently located just 1.2km from one of Menorca´s nicest beaches, Cala Binibeca. Cala Torret commercial centre is only 1km from the villa with a few restaurants and a supermarket. Within 3kms you can find the wide, sandy beach of Punta Prima with a small beach bar and a few restaurants. In the other direction just 4.5km away, is the small coastal village of Binisafua with its attractive palm tree lined beach situated in a picturesque cove. Also, just 4km away is the old fishing village of Binibeca Vell, with small winding cobblestone paths and whitewashed houses with wooden beams. The village has become a favourite tourist attraction, to stroll around and enjoy a tranquil afternoon. Along the coastline are a several sheltered coves with footpaths and steps that lead down to man made platforms, providing areas to sunbathe and enter the crystal blue sea.
Transfer time from the airport is approximately 20 minutes.
