This excellent, holiday villa is in a beautiful location, with breathtaking views of the beautiful countryside and out to sea. It is located just outside Peristerona, less than a twenty-minute drive to the lively, picturesque village of Polis, where there is a wealth of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The fishing village of Latchi, with its lovely beach and many fish restaurants, is a fifteen minute drive from the villa. This villa is ideal for people with walking difficulties as there are two bedrooms on the ground floor and the swimming pool has walk-in steps and a hand rail.

Interior

This beautiful, two-storey villa has an open plan living room and dining area, with two sets of patio doors leading to the terrace. The modern kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for a self catering villa holiday. Villa Imogenia has four attractive bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and access to a separate shower room. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor; both rooms have double beds and patio doors to private balconies. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and the other has an en-suite shower room.

Exterior

Situated on a large plot of land, surrounded by fields and olive trees, this villa provides peace and tranquillity and offers stunning views of the Peristerona countryside, with the sea in the distance. The large swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres and is surrounded by a sun terrace, a poolside shower and a beautiful stone barbecue. A covered terrace and a detached pergola with patio dining furniture provide idyllic places to dine al fresco, whilst enjoying the panoramic and beautiful scenery. For children, there is also a small, shallow splash pool and a set of garden swings on the lush green lawn.

Amenities

This beautiful region with its breathtaking views and miles and miles of picturesque coastline makes this a wonderful setting for a villa holiday. This area also provides a variety of road-side restaurants and taverns offering everything from traditional Greek food to international cuisine. The Steni valley is located near coastal resort of Polis, which has become a charming and active venue for people wanting the smaller tourist areas on the island. It has a picturesque square full of lively Cypriot bars and restaurants, with a few shops in between. This is a perfect venue to while away the hours enjoying delicious food and local life. Following the coastline to the west, lies the simple village of Latchi, with its long beach, small harbour and large choice of traditional fish restaurants dotted along the sea front. From the harbour, a variety of coastal excursions can be booked, including small boat hire for fishing trips. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include diving, snorkelling, exciting jeep safaris and balloon flights. A ten minute drive from the villa takes you to the best trout fishing on the island at a local reservoir. The Baths of Aphrodite are among many famous tourist attractions in the area and a drive to the Troodos Mountains provides a beautiful and fascinating spectacle of Cyprus.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. Air conditioning is available in the living room and each of the bedrooms for an extra cost which is payable locally.
