This superb, modern villa offers beautiful holiday accommodation in stunning surroundings. It is extremely spacious and has been furnished to a very high quality. The property is set in an elevated position overlooking the resort of Playa Blanca with magnificent views over the sea towards the neighbouring islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. This property is ideal for large groups and benefits from a separate, two bedroom apartment within the grounds. It is a short drive into the centre of the resort, to the sophisticated Marina Rubicon marina and a choice of several beaches. The fabulous, unspoilt and famous Papagayo beaches are a fifteen minute drive from this lovely villa.

Interior

This spectacular villa has been decorated with modern furnishings and is very light and bright throughout. It has an expansive, open plan living room with leather sofas, 42 inch LED television and a formal dining area with an elegant marble table seating up to 14. A wall of patio doors leads out from here to the gorgeous terraces surrounding the swimming pool. The wonderful views from here are unique and an added feature of this space is an internal cactus garden which is lit at night. A huge, extremely modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and offers everything needed for self catering for larger groups with a large American fridge freezer, double ovens and two dishwashers. There is a separate and very well equipped laundry room. Paradiso has five bedrooms in the main house, all with ceiling fans operated by remote controls. The fabulous master suite is on an upper level and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a private terrace with a ramp down to the pool, a large en-suite bathroom with a circular sunken bath, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The dressing room adjacent to the bedroom has built in wardrobes and plenty of space for a cot or bed for a child. Also on this upper level is a twin room. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. One has an adjacent shower room, two have en-suite shower rooms and one has also got patio doors to the main terrace. All of the shower rooms have large, glassed in walk-in showers and they all have heated mirrors in order to avoid steaming up.

The Annexe: This separate apartment is located within the grounds and has a private terrace with sea views. It has an attractive living room with a ceiling fan and a TV with a satellite system which is independent to the house. There is an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a ceramic hob. The apartment has two twin bedrooms with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. They share a shower room.

Paradiso will accommodate up to 10 adults and 1 child in the main house. Groups of 12 and more will have access to the annexe apartment.

Exterior

This fabulous property is set on the side of a hill and has breathtaking, panoramic views from extensive terraces and the villa itself. Outside the main reception rooms there is a large sun terrace surrounding the beautiful 11x4.5 metre, heated swimming pool. It is entered via roman steps and for added safety for children, it has an electronic, solid, pool cover and an eco friendly, salt chlorinating system. A remote controlled lighting feature allows you to change the colour of the pool lights according to your mood! For the ultimate al fresco relaxation, as well as sun beds and a marble patio dining table, there is also a lovely outdoor seating area with comfortable sofas. The wonderful climate in this southern tip of Lanzarote allows this superb outdoor area to be enjoyed to the full throughout the year. There are a number of steps within the grounds, leading up to the villa from the private and gated parking area and from the villa down to the annexe.

Amenities

Paradiso is located in Playa Blanca within 2.5 kilometres, to the golden, sheltered and sandy Playa Flamingo beach, which slopes gently out to sea and is ideal for young children. A superb, sea front promenade runs 8.5 kilometres from one end of the resort to the other and is lined with bars, sea food restaurants and shops. It passes the old harbour area, from where regular ferries to Fuerteventura and a variety of excursions depart, including a water taxi to the outstandingly lovely and un-spoilt Papagayo beaches, famous throughout Spain for their golden sands and clear waters. The small, Playa Blanca beach is located in the middle of the village and is overlooked by typical, Canarian restaurants. For children of different age groups, Kikoland has a multitude of fun on offer, including an amphitheatre, a sports area, a football club, animation, organised activities and a bar from which parents can supervise. The neighbouring Playa Dorada is the resorts largest beach, with sea front restaurants and water sports. The sophisticated, attractively laid out Puerto Rubicon Marina is reached via the promenade, or is a short drive from all our holiday villas. It is the location of a twice weekly market, a shopping centre with a bowling alley and many exclusive, designer boutiques, bars, cafes, restaurants and several superb marine excursions and activities. These include game fishing, a sailing school, yacht charter, deep sea diving, a catamaran excursion and sea-front tennis courts. It is worth renting a car, even if only for a few days, to see some of the fabulous sights that Lanzarote is famous. The fascinating and colourful Salinas de Janubio, the salt flats, which to this day help to de-salinate the islands water. The charming village of El Golfo is located on the south west coast of the island and boasts the most magnificent sunsets on the island. Watch these from one of the delightful fish restaurants which line the volcanic sea front and go for a short walk to El Charco de los Clicos, a small green lake providing a dramatic contrast to the surrounding black sand and lava.
