This excellent country villa, with extensive gardens and large swimming pool is in an idyllic, tranquil location near to Benagil and Marinha Beach. Set in large grounds, it has breathtaking views across the surrounding countryside. The lively town of Carvoeiro is a ten minute drive and offers a wide choice of restaurants, shops and a marvellous sandy beach.
InteriorThis beautiful, two-storey villa is light and spacious throughout with beautiful views across to the surrounding countryside. Villa Tivoli has an attractive, comfortable living room with patio doors leading to the pool area. There is a formal dining room with seating for six people and a separate well-equipped, modern kitchen with modern appliances. The villa has three spacious bedrooms. The master suite is on the first floor and has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a second living area on the first floor. On the ground floor there are two further bedrooms both with double beds; one has an en-suite bathroom and the other has access to a separate family bathroom.
ExteriorPatio doors lead from the living room to manicured lawns and gardens that surround the large, 10 x 5 metre swimming pool accessed via roman steps. Set amongst large grounds, Villa Tivoli offers a peaceful retreat to enjoy the pleasant Portuguese climate.
AmenitiesThe charming fishing village of Benagil is renowned for its natural beauty and offers peaceful and picturesque countryside, yet still close to the many beautiful sandy beaches in the area including Praia da Marinha, Benagil and Albandeira. Benagil has a number of excellent restaurants serving international cuisine and the local catch of the day. Just a ten minute drive away is the neighbouring town of Carvoeiro with its bustling town square surrounded by shops, bars and lots of restaurants to choose from. The popular Aqua Park at Lagoa is only a fifteen minute drive and there are two world class golf courses close by. The nearby, lively town of Portimao has a marina with a variety of excursions, including boat rentals, scuba-diving, jet-skiing, dolphin and whale spotting. The small village of Guia is also within driving distance, it has a superb Zoo- Marine park which hosts shows and offers the opportunity to swim with dolphins.
