This stunning villa offers superb, holiday accommodation in a beautiful setting. Set in large sub-tropical gardens, the entire property boasts magnificent, panoramic sea views. It is in a tranquil location, approximately ten minutes walk to the marina at Puerto Calero, where there are many good restaurants, designer boutiques, marine excursions and a supermarket. A five minute walk from the villa takes you to a cliff top pathway leading into the old harbour area of Puerto Del Carmen.
InteriorA great attraction of this stylish villa is the fabulous, open-plan living room which spans the entire width of the house. There are beautiful sea views from its many, huge picture windows and each seating area has romantic, special effect lighting. At one end is a comfortable, sofa seating area with a wall mounted fireplace. At the other, a formal dining table and chairs, together with a large bar and a snooker table. Set within this huge space is a very cosy television room. The large, modern kitchen overlooks the living room. It is fully equipped with all modern appliances and has a comfortable and attractive breakfast area. Villa Coral has three bedrooms. In the main house there is one with a double bed and one with twin beds, they share a bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. The third bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and is only a few metres from the main house. It is only accessable for parties of 4 or over. It is beautifully furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room and as it is separate to the main house this room is not suitable for small children. The owners of this property have an adjoining apartment which they use when they are on the island. It is entirely independent and not visible from the villa. The gardens and pool area are completely for the clients’ own private use.
ExteriorThe magnificent grounds of this villa offer the ultimate in al fresco, holiday relaxation. Extensive, sub-tropical gardens face out to sea with views of the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura and the bobbing, yacht masts in the Puerto Calero marina. The 6 x 4 metre swimming pool has been placed in a very sheltered area; it is entered by ladder steps and is surrounded by teak decking, with a poolside shower. The attractive, adjacent dining terrace has a retractable canopy to protect you from the heat of the sun and a wooden bar. It overlooks a circular splash pool, ideal for children or for cooling off. A few seating areas have been placed throughout the garden for you to enjoy the magnificent views and stunning sunsets. The extensive gardens and terraces of this popery are romantically lit at night, creating a magical, romantic setting.
AmenitiesThe prestigious and sophisticated marina at Puerto Calero is less than a five minute drive from the villa. It is the first and most famous marina on Lanzarote. It was designed and built to attract the worlds most glamorous super yachts and offers an accordingly sophisticated atmosphere. Many exclusive regattas are hosted here and attract members of the Spanish royal family along with famous sports people. A variety of restaurants are located along the waterfront with charming views of the hustle and bustle of the marina. Shops and a supermarket are on site and a selection of excellent excursions leave from the marina. They include a submarine diving adventure, catamaran sailing, big game fishing and the possibility of chartering yachts and luxury cruisers. The main resort of Puerto Del Carmen is a few minutes drive from the villa and is home to five kilometers of spectacular, golden beaches and a wide choice of nightlife. The old, picturesque harbour offers a variety of restaurants and can be reached in less than five minutes by car. A five minute walk from the villa leads down to a rocky cove where the sea can be accessed by ladders for a swim in crystal clear waters. The villa is a twenty minute transfer from the airport.
