This group of five attractive three storey villas offers superb accommodation with fabulous views across the holiday resort of Puerto Rico to the sea . Each villa has its own private swimming pool and makes the properties perfect for enjoying the Gran Canaria sun. The villas are located in a hillside location between Amadores and Puerto Rico and within a short distance of all the local amenities .

Interior

Casitas del Mar are light and airy throughout with attractive furnishings. On the ground floor, there is an open- plan lounge and dining area which is stylishly furnished and leads to the well equipped, contemporary kitchen.For convenience there is a guest cloakroom on this level. Casitas del Mar have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a terrace with sea views. The other bedroom has twin beds and access to a shower room. On a third floor is a further bedroom.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to the terrace. Patio furniture and a barbeque ensure guests can enjoy al fresco dining and watch the sunset. Each casita has its own 5 x 3m private swimming pool which is accessed by ladder steps.

Amenities

Casitas del Mar are located on the south west coast of Gran Canaria between the holiday resorts of Amadores and Puerto Rico. Amadores lies between Puerto Rico and Puerto Mogan and has a sweeping, beautiful , blue flag beach. A good selection of bars and restaurants are situated directly behind the beach. The Europa Shopping Centre with shops, bars and cafes is just 600m away . Local public buses are easy to use linking Amadores to nearby Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogan and the bus stop is in front of Casitas del Mar. Likewise the local taxis are reasonably cheap and the rank is only 300m from the Casitas. Nearby Puerto Rico is a bustling resort with a wide selection of water-sports ranging from jet-skiing, sailing, diving, big game fishing and windsurfing to dolphin watching and glass bottom boat excursions. Within the resort, a large water park provides children and adults alike, with a fun filled day. Upmarket Puerto de Mogan is a short distance away and is a picturesque port and charming fishing village with a marina and small beach. It is known as Little Venice due to its network of canals and bridges linking its whitewashed streets which gives it a charming, village-like atmosphere. Sample local tapas and freshly caught fish along the promenade and harbour restaurants.
