Villa Alenia is a stunning 6 bedroom villa situated in the prestigious location of Quinta do Lago. Set in spacious grounds the property enjoys views across this exclusive and sought after resort. This property boasts both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool so the year round Algarve climate can be truly appreciated. The beautiful Quinta do Lago lake is just a short drive away and visitors can also enjoy the excellent choice of boutiques, restaurants and bars at the sophisticated nearby Quinta Shopping Mall.

Interior

This fabulous villa is built on three levels. It is furnished to a very high standard and emits a feeling of space and luxury throughout. On the entrance level there is a large living area with wrap around terrace and a separate sophisticated dining room with patio doors to access a delightful shaded terrace with a barbecue and seating area. There is a well equipped, modern kitchen, a family bathroom with walk in shower, a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms one of which has an en -suite bathroom. A staircase takes you to the upper level of the property where the master bedroom is located with a fabulous en- suite Jacuzzi bathroom and separate shower. This bedroom has a large private terrace with superb views over the pool and the surrounding area. Also on this level is a spacious twin bedroom with en -suite bathroom. On the lower level of the property there is another twin bedroom with en- suite bathroom and a fantastic heated indoor swimming pool. There is a mini gymnasium along with a games room with table tennis, table football and a sauna. For an extra cost, guests can also use the steam room.The villa has air conditioning throughtout which is included in the price.

Exterior

Patio doors from the games room and indoor pool leads to the outdoor swimming pool which is accessed by roman steps and surrounded by mature gardens and a spacious lawn. For outdoor dining there is a gas barbecue.

Amenities

The villa is located within the exclusive Quinta do Lago residential estate covering over 2000 acres of countryside and fragrant pine trees within the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. For lovers of fauna and flora, there are two nature trails with Quinta do Lago and the reserve can also be explored by boat.The nearest beach is at the watersports centre on the beautiful Quinta do Lago lake which is a 600m away. The beach at Quinta do Lago and other spectacular beaches in the area are within a 10 minute drive. Visitors to Quinta do Lago can enjoy an excellent choice of designer boutiques, trendy restaurants and bars offering a sophisticated atmosphere. Less than a ten minute drive away are the prestigious resorts of Dunas Douradas and Vale do Lobo. Between them they have two superb 18-hole golf courses, a Tennis Academy and a wide choice of beach bars and cafes, offering traditional and international mouth-watering cuisine. The golden sand beaches of the resorts are bordered by red sandstone cliffs and are lapped by the aquamarine waters of the Atlantic Ocean. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the exclusive resort of Vilamoura and its picturesque marina with pavement cafes, bars, designer boutiques and international restaurants. A variety of marine excursions leave from here, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting. A twenty-five minute drive inland takes you to the small village of Guia, famous for its spectacular Zoo-Marine park with shows featuring parrots, sea lions and dolphins. There is even the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.

Services

For guests staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service which includes a towel and linen change. Guests at the villa also have free use of the shared pool, gymnasium, sauna and two tennis courts on the nearby Encosta do Lago resort.

This villa also has an optional steam room, which can be paid for locally. The price is €200 per week.
