These fabulous, contemporary villas have been tastefully decorated to a high standard throughout with attention to detail and design. Built over two storeys these villas are ideally located in an elevated position above the resort of Caleta de Fuste offering an excellent level of holiday accommodation close to a variety of amenities. The popular resort of Caleta de Fuste, with its horse shoe shaped bay, shops and international restaurants is less than a ten minute drive away.
InteriorOn the entrance level is an open plan living and dining room with comfortable modern sofas and dining table seating up to 8 people. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area furnished with patio table and chairs. There is a separate, well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Villas Vista Caleta have three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. On the entrance level is the master suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. A second bedroom has twin beds and there is a separate shower room. The lower level is accessed by an open air staircase through the middle of the property. On this lower level is a further bedroom with either a double bed or twin beds which has use of a separate shower room. This bedroom has use of a separate shower room. There is also a small sitting room. Each villa is similarly furnished but may differ slightly; photos shown are different examples of the styles of décor and furnishings.
ExteriorEach villa has two terraces. Patio doors from the living room lead to a terrace surrounding the 6m swimming pool accessed by integral steps. Patio table and chairs provide an excellent place to relax and enjoy the Fuerteventura climate. The internal stairs also lead to a private roof terrace.
AmenitiesVillas Vista Caleta are situated on the hillside above the popular, holiday resort of Caleta De Fuste. Caleta de Fuste has a beautiful, shallow, sandy beach which is one of the safest on Fuerteventura and is ideal for children. This holiday destination offers a huge range of holiday attractions, restaurants, bars and some excellent shopping. There is a wide variety of excellent, excursions on offer in the resort. These include catamaran boat trips, a submarine adventure, whale watching trips, deep sea fishing and glass bottomed boats. Oceanarium Explorer offers families a fabulous experience and a chance to swim with sea lions. For holiday guests wanting to participate in the many sporting facilities, they include a kite surf school, a dive centre, snorkelling, dune buggy rentals, trike tours, jet ski rides, superb windsurfing and of course, championship level golf courses. The original and picturesque harbour area has several restaurants and is a lovely place to enjoy the view of the beautiful yachts and spectacular sunsets. Within walking distance, approximately 2km from this villa, is the Atantico shopping centre. Here there is a superb, large supermarket, a variety of shops, a bowling alley and a multi-lingual cinema. The closest beaches to the villa are accessed here, they are very pretty, man-made, cove beaches, with golden sand.
Villa guests can arrange to use the fabulous Thalasso Spa facilities at the 5* Sheraton Hotel, or book one of their therapeutic beauty treatments. It is approximately 1.5km from the villa. Caleta de Fuste has a Saturday market and there are regular buses to the capital, Puerto del Rosario. Here Las Rotondas, a four-storey shopping centre is located with UK retailers such as C&A and H&M, as well as the big Spanish chains, including Zara, Springfield, Cortefiel, Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear and Jack Jones. With tax free shopping, The top floor has cafes, restaurants and arcades.
ServicesThere is a maid service three days a week with a change of towels twice a week and a change of linen once a week.

Arrival and Departure Times
This property will normally be available for occupation by 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival and clients are required to vacate the property before 10:00 hrs on the day of departure to facilitate cleaning and servicing.
Deposit and Balance Payments
- To confirm bookings placed more than 13 weeks before arrival, a desposit of the greater of 20% and £198.2 is due, and the full balance is due 13 weeks before arrival.
- To confirm bookings placed less than 13 weeks before arrival, the full balance must be paid.
Cancellations
- More than 70 days before departure the deposit will be retained
- Between 70 and 56 days before arrival 50% of the total cost will be retained
- Between 57 and 28 days before departure 80% of the total cost will be retained
- Less than 28 days before departure 100% of the total cost will be retained
Changes to Bookings
Should changes to the booking be required at any time after the booking is confirmed, a charge of £27.03 will be levied.
