This two bedroom, contemporary, Aphrodite Hills Junior villa in the Theseus Village area of Aphrodite Hills is an attractive choice for families wishing to be within walking distance of the bars and restaurants of Aphrodite Hills and a short drive from the beaches. The exclusive and uniquely beautiful resort of Aphrodite Hills is fifteen minutes drive from Paphos. Overlooking the turquoise Mediterranean, this 578-acre resort is a haven of luxurious leisure in a tranquil setting, while having easy access to nearby Paphos and its neighbouring resorts and villages.

Interior

This two storey townhouse style villa benefits from spectacular views to the mountains and sea from all rooms. On the ground floor is the bright, airy living room with flatscreen TV and DVD player. This area is open plan to the kitchen and dining area with patio doors opening onto the dining terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything necessary for a self-catering villa holiday. The two bedrooms of this lovely villa are upstairs, both with patio doors onto a balcony with superb views across the ravine to the sea. The master bedroom has a double bed and a full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and has an adjacent shower room. The villa is air conditioned throughout which is included in the cost of the villa.

Exterior

The main feature of the exterior areas of this villa is the 7 x 3m infinity edge pool, which is accessed by ladder steps and which is the perfect place to cool off and enjoy the spectacular views across the ravine to the mountains and the sea. The swimming pool is surrounded by an attractive sun terrace amply furnished with sunloungers and a dining terrace for evenings dining al fresco.

Theseus Village is in an ideal position, less than a 10 minute walk to the hub of Aphrodite Hills, the Village Square. This whole development has been created for the sole purpose of offering the most luxurious and well planned facilities, leisure activities and accommodation in glorious surroundings. It offers a wealth of activities, including a spa and fitness centre, a tennis academy, an 18-hole golf course, horseback riding, a kids club and in the Village Square, a choice of restaurants, bars and shops. In addition to all this onsite, there is also The Cove and The Zias Beach Club. The Cove is a pebbled beach directly in front of the Resort entrance. Accessed by shuttle from the InterContinental Aphrodite Hills Resort Hotel, the Cove provides a drinks&snacks kiosk, sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels. The Zias Beach Club is located within 15 minutes drive from the Resort, offering a pebbled/sandy, child-friendly beach. This beach club consists of two areas - the complimentary beach facilities (sun beds, umbrellas, beach towels), and the bar and restaurant facilities.
Aphrodite Hills is in an enchanting location, with clusters of luxurious villas set in dramatic hills, dotted with carob and olive trees looking to the glistening, Mediterranean Sea in the distance. Overlooking the spot where the Greek goddess Aphrodite rose from the waves, local culture and mythology combine to create the essence of Aphrodite Hills. It is very well positioned, only a 30 minute drive into the resort and town of Paphos, and forty minutes to the bustling city of Limassol, which hosts the largest carnival celebrations in Cyprus each March. The delightful, traditionally styled Village Square forms the focal point of the resort. It provides excellent amenities, with a selection of restaurants and bars, shops, a pharmacy, an A.T.M, a mini-market, a flower shop and various boutiques. A superb addition to the already excellent facilities is a luxurious, five star Intercontinental Hotel which is located at the centre of the resort and offers a choice of excellent international and Mediterranean cuisine as well as theme nights.
The exclusive 18-hole, championship golf course and clubhouse are available to guests and measures 6,299 metres. For a change of scenery and challenges, the excellent, Secret Valley golf course is a 10 minute drive away. A fully equipped fitness centre allows you to improve or maintain your fitness level under specialist supervision. The Tennis Academy has four floodlit, championship standard hard courts, membership packages and professional instructors for all levels of ability. A large area is provided for a range of sports such as volleyball, basketball or mini-football. Pony rides are available for younger guests and there is horseback riding or lessons, in the adjacent forest. The resort is a 17 kilometres transfer distance from Paphos International airport.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly cleaning service with towel and linen change. Guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit of €400 to the local manager upon arrival.

Car Requirements

A car is not essential for this villa as the bars, restaurants and local shops of the Village Square are within walking distance, but is recommended in order to explore all the attractions this fascinating area of Cyprus has to offer.
