This three bedroom Aphrodite Hills Superior villa is ideally located in a peaceful area on the eastern plateau of the Aphrodite Hills Resort. The exclusive and uniquely beautiful resort of Aphrodite Hills is fifteen minutes drive from Paphos. Overlooking the turquoise Mediterranean, this 578-acre resort is a haven of luxurious leisure in a tranquil setting, while having easy access to nearby Paphos and its neighbouring resorts and villages. It offers a wealth of activities, including a spa and fitness centre, a tennis academy, an 18-hole golf course, horseback riding, a kids club and a choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Serviced by the 5-star Intercontinental Hotel, a nearby beach club and restaurant is reached by an hourly, courtesy, shuttle bus. Interior

This modern villa is has been decorated to a high standard and has air conditioning throughout. The bright and airy living room is comfortably furnished and has two sets of sliding doors leading to the terrace. An archway leads through to the open plan kitchen and dining area, which has a contemporary feel and also has patio doors to the dining terrace. Villa Demeter has three spacious bedrooms which are all located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a balcony. The second bedroom also has a double bed and patio doors which leads to a balcony; this bedroom shares a family bathroom with the third bedroom, which has twin beds. The villa also has another room on the lower ground floor, which can be made up as a bedroom. Please enquire for more information.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living and dining area lead out to the terrace, which is partially shaded with patio dining furniture and a barbecue providing the ideal setting for al fresco dining in the warm climate. A few steps lead down to the large sunbathing terrace surrounding the 8 x 4m swimming pool, which is entered via integral steps. The gardens surrounding the villa are beautifully maintained with sub tropical plants, trees and manicured lawns, perfect for children to play on.

This development has been created for the sole purpose of offering the most luxurious and well planned facilities, leisure activities and accommodation in glorious surroundings. In addition to all this onsite, there is also The Cove and The Zias Beach Club. The Cove is a pebbled beach directly in front of the Resort entrance. Accessed by shuttle from the InterContinental Aphrodite Hills Resort Hotel, the Cove provides a drinks&snacks kiosk, sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels. The Zias Beach Club is located within 15 minutes drive from the Resort, offering a pebbled/sandy, child-friendly beach. This beach club consists of two areas - the complimentary beach facilities (sun beds, umbrellas, beach towels), and the bar and restaurant facilities.

Services

For guests staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service including towel and linen change. Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of €400 to the local manager upon arrival.
