This three-storey, four bedroom, superior villa is ideally located for golf lovers as its balconies and terraces overlook the sixth fairway of the championship Aphrodite Hills golf course. Set in its own grounds on the eastern plateau, pleasantly shaded with fragrant trees and shrubs, Villa Anatoli 336 is an ideal holiday villa choice for families. This wonderful villa offers tranquillity and privacy whilst being within easy reach of the beaches and amenities that this popular resort has to offer.

Interior

Steps lead to the entrance of the villa which opens to the light and airy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The whole space looks out onto the terraces and pool area via sets of double patio doors. The seating area is comfortably and brightly furnished and has a wall-mounted flatscreen television and open stone fireplace. To the right is the dining area with seating for eight which is open-plan to the modern, fully equipped kitchen area. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a guest cloakroom with toilet. A marble staircase leads to the first floor where there are patio doors opening onto a shared and shaded balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with overhead shower and separate shower cubicle. Patio doors lead onto a private balcony which has spectacular views across the golf course to the sea and mountains beyond. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the lower level. Both bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other, which has no natural light, has the use of a separate shower room. Also on the lower level is the utility room. The villa is air conditioned and centrally heated throughout which is included in the price.

Exterior

The main feature of the exterior areas is the 12m x 6m private swimming pool which is accessed by roman steps. The sunbathing terrace is amply furnished with sunloungers and patio furniture and is surrounded by lawned areas. Potted plants, trees, shrubs and flowers make this an extremely pleasant place in which to relax and soak up the Cypriot sun. There is a covered terrace furnished with a wicker dining table and chairs and which also has a built-in gas barbecue with food preparation area and sink. To the front of the villa is a gated driveway which provides space for private parking.

Amenities

This development has been created for the sole purpose of offering the most luxurious and well planned facilities, leisure activities and accommodation in glorious surroundings. It offers a wealth of activities, including a spa and fitness centre, a tennis academy, an 18-hole golf course, horseback riding, a kids club and a choice of restaurants, bars and shops. The Zias Beach Club is located within 15 minutes drive from the Resort, offering a pebbled/sandy, child-friendly beach. This beach club consists of two areas - the complimentary beach facilities (sun beds, umbrellas, beach towels), and the bar and restaurant facilities.
Aphrodite Hills is in an enchanting location, with clusters of luxurious villas set in dramatic hills, dotted with carob and olive trees looking to the glistening, Mediterranean Sea in the distance. Services

For guests staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service including towel and linen change. Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of €400 to the local manager upon arrival.
