Interior

Villa Rhea is a modern, contemporary villa with a spacious, open-plan living area providing ample space for the whole family to relax. There is a comfortably furnished seating area with open fireplace leading into a light and airy dining area with large sliding patio doors leading out onto the terrace. There is a separate study area equipped with computer, telephone, photocopier, scanner and fax for villa guests’ use at no extra charge. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a self-catering villa holiday and has a breakfast table and separate breakfast bar. The villa has four spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. There are two further double bedrooms and a twin bedroom which share two full family bathrooms. There is a further shower room on the ground floor. The villa is centrally heated throughout, making this a perfect year round holiday villa destination.

Exterior

Steps lead upto a large, covered terrace which serves as the main access to the villa. Large patio doors lead from the villa onto the elevated terraces and gardens and there are various balconies on the upper level from which to enjoy the spectacular views. The rectangular 8 x 4m private swimming pool is accessed by integral steps and the surrounding terrace is equipped with sunloungers. There is an outdoor shower. The villa has an in-built barbecue and patio dining furniture, and there is a separate children’s play area. The villa has a private parking space and garage.

Nestled amongst olive groves, the village of Sfakaki is ideally located only 500m from the glorious, sandy Alkionis Beach and enjoys all the amenities of smaller, quieter, Cretan beach resort.
