This beautiful, spacious, villa is in an excellent location only a very short drive from Caleta de Fuste. The amenities and services of a five star hotel are only a two minute walk from the villa and guests can enjoy a round of golf on the nearby 18 hole course.

Interior

This stylish, single storey, villa is extremely well furnished throughout. The large, bright, open plan living room has a dining area and patio doors leading to the terrace and pool area. One of the sofas is a double sofa bed and can accommodate up to two people. There is a separate kitchen with high quality appliances and a small breakfast bar and stools offering additional space for informal dining. The villa has three, very attractive and comfortable bedrooms all of which are equipped with electric fans. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a large, en-suite bathroom with double basin, bath and overhead shower attachment. There are two pretty bedrooms with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, one of which has patio doors leading to a terrace. These share a full family bathroom. The owner of the villa requests that guests refrain from smoking inside the villa.

Exterior

A spacious sunbathing terrace surrounds the beautiful, oval, 8m x 4m heated swimming pool which has roman steps and integral seating. There is also a hot tub spa. Outside the living room, under the arched, partially shaded terrace there is patio furniture for guests wishing to enjoy alfresco dining, a barbecue is also provided. The attractive terrace and garden area have been planted with many sub-tropical plants adding to the special holiday atmosphere. To the side of the villa is an exterior stairway which leads to the large, private, roof terrace. This is ideal for guests wishing to enjoy the sun with a little more privacy and has spectacular views over the golf course to the sea.

Amenities

Villa Solana is superbly located on the edge of the 18 hole Fuerteventura golf course and is only a five minute drive to the popular, holiday resort of Caleta de Fuste. Here the beautiful, shallow, sandy beach is one of the safest on Fuerteventura and is ideal for children. Caleta de Fuste offers a huge range of holiday attractions, restaurants, bars and some excellent shopping. There is a wide variety of excellent, excursions on offer in the resort. These include catamaran boat trips, a submarine adventure, whale watching trips, deep sea fishing and glass bottomed boats. Oceanarium Explorer offers families a fabulous experience and a chance to swim with sea lions. For holiday guests wanting to participate in the many sporting facilities, they include a kite surf school, a dive centre, snorkelling, dune buggy rentals, trike tours, jet ski rides, superb windsurfing and of course, championship level golf courses. The original and picturesque harbour area has several restaurants and is a lovely place to enjoy the view of the beautiful yachts and spectacular sunsets. Within walking distance, approximately 2km from this villa, is the Atantico shopping centre. Here there is a superb, large supermarket, a variety of shops, a bowling alley and a multi-lingual cinema. The closest beaches to the villa are accessed here, they are very pretty, man-made, cove beaches, with golden sand.
Villa guests can arrange to use the fabulous Thalasso Spa facilities at the 5* Sheraton Hotel, or book one of their therapeutic beauty treatments. It is approximately 2km from the villa. Caleta de Fuste has a Saturday market and there are regular buses to the capital, Puerto del Rosario. Here Las Rotondas, a four-storey shopping centre is located with UK retailers such as C&A and H&M, as well as the big Spanish chains, including Zara, Springfield, Cortefiel, Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear and Jack Jones. With tax free shopping, the top floor has cafes, restaurants and arcades.

Services

A complimentary starter food pack awaits clients on arrival. For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service. The owners prefer not to take bookings where the party contains children under 7 years old. Clients are required to pay a refundable breakages deposit of €150 or £150 on arrival at the villa.
Villa Solana benefits from having WiFi internet access. The use of the internet is an optional extra and incurrs an extra charge.
