This superb villa is in a unique location, front line to the sea with stunning panoramic sea views. It is in a dream holiday setting and as well as a large private pool has the added benefit of two communal pools within a two minute walk. The excellent facilities, beaches and restaurants of the resort are within easy walking distance along a sea front promenade.

Interior

This beautiful, elegant two storey villa is extremely light throughout owing to high ceilings and many very large patio doors facing the sea. It has an exceptionally large open plan living and dining room with spectacular sea views and an attractive staircase to the first floor. The separate kitchen is very well equipped and has quality modern appliances. This lovely villa has four very attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a large terrace. On this floor there is also a bedroom with twin beds, patio doors to the upper terrace and a large bathroom which is shared with the master bedroom. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with twin beds and two shower rooms. The villa has a telephone to receive incoming calls and broadband internet connection point for guests bringing a laptop computer. A UK to European telephone adapter is required.

Exterior

The exterior of this property is exceptionally lovely and quite unique. It has an enormous sunbathing terrace which surrounds the salt chlorinated 7.5x4 metre, electrically heated swimming pool which has roman steps. This terrace has five magnificent mature palm trees which are romantically lit at night. It faces directly south enjoying sunshine throughout the day while benefiting from the shade and gentle cooling effect of the rustling palms. A shaded dining terrace is comfortably furnished with patio furniture and gas barbecue completes the picture for happy hours of alfresco dining. There is also a large terrace on the first floor, accessed by both bedrooms which has patio furniture and glorious sea views. The terraces both have uninterrupted sea views and from them one can see the beautiful cruise ships on their way round the world anchored in the port at Arrecife. A gate at the end of the property leads to the sea front promenade.

Amenities

The villa is in its own walled, private grounds adjacent to a very nice, quiet complex with good facilities. Clients can make use of these which include a large shared pool and children’s pool which is often appreciated by children wishing to make friends. It is possible to fish and swim off the rocks by the villa or walk along the new, lit promenade linking the area to the nearby beach at Playa Bastian and the centre of Costa Teguise. The golden beach at Las Cucharas with it’s excellent windsurfing facilities and school can also be accessed by the promenade. The resort boasts many of the island’s best restaurants many of which are only a few minutes walk from the villa as are several supermarkets. It is a five minute drive to the golf course and aqua park. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen and the transfer time from the airport is ten minutes.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week, there is a weekly maid service. Two sets of towels are supplied weekly.
