This spacious villa is located in an elevated position in the Canarian village of Guime. It benefits from a rural setting, while being in easy reach of the excellent facilities of Puerto del Carmen and it's miles of golden beaches. It has beautiful sea views and many extras making it a perfect location for a relaxing, memorable holiday.

Interior

This superb villa has been stylishly furnished to an extremely high standard. The huge living area is open plan and set on two levels. It has a high, cathedral style, wooden ceiling and large patio doors. On the upper level there is a very large, modern, well-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining area. From here steps lead down to the beautiful living room, which has views over the terraces, swimming pools and out to sea. There are five, good sized attractive bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The lovely master bedroom has a double bed, a dressing area, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the pool-side terrace. There is a second bedroom with a double bed and three with twin beds, having access to a full, family bathroom and two shower rooms. Villa Cristina can accommodate 10 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under 12 on a sofa-bed in the double bedroom.

Exterior

Very large and secluded sunbathing terraces surround the two electrically heated swimming pools. They are set side by side, one is a large 9 metre, shaped, adult pool and the other a smaller, shallow children's pool. This area is completely private and together with a barbeque and outdoor furniture provides a wonderful venue for al fresco dining in the long hours of Lanzarote sunshine and warmth. A separate, large courtyard is equipped with a pool table for family enjoyment. The villa has a private driveway and parking area.

Amenities

The villa is located in the rural, unspoilt village of Guime, just a 10 minute drive to the resort of Puerto del Carmen with its miles of fabulous golden beaches and superb resort facilities. A large hypermarket is a 5 minute drive from the villa and an excellent modern shopping centre is located just beyond. A small local supermarket is located in the village. Guime is a very central location, making it perfect for reaching the islands many beautiful attractions and beaches. Arrecife is the lively capital of the island boasting some excellent shopping and is only a 10 minute drive. The beautiful international marina at Puerto Calero with a wealth of excellent restaurants and marine excursions is a 15 minute drive.

Services

There is a mid-week towel change and for guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service, which includes a towel and linen change.
