This superb villa is beautifully decorated and has panoramic views to the sea and neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The villa is located in a peaceful, residential location, set back from the main resort and in walking distance to the old harbour, excellent restaurants, shops and beautiful golden beaches.

Interior

This luxurious, modern, single storey villa is finished to an extremely high standard and is spacious and light throughout. The sizeable living room is elegantly furnished and decorated and incorporates a formal dining area. Large sliding doors lead out onto the upper terrace. There is a very well equipped separate kitchen, which has a breakfast table and patio doors to the terrace. Also leading from the kitchen is a utility room, with washing machine and a clothes drying area. The villa has three extremely attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom, with a full suite, bath and separate shower. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, which share a family bathroom. Each bedroom has the added feature of a television which is linked to the satellite system.Villa Diva can accommodate 6 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under 12 on a fold-a-way bed in either of the twin bedrooms.

Exterior

The patio doors from the living room and kitchen lead out to a large, two-tiered terrace, with breathtaking views. The upper level has a shaded area with patio dining furniture and a barbecue. The lower level has a large sunbathing terrace overlooking the private, 8x3.5 metre swimming pool, which has Roman steps. Next to this is the ultimate luxury of a private spa Jacuzzi.

Amenities

The villa is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minutes’ drive or a ten-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of excellent local restaurants. The fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are nearby and it is conveniently located for touring the island.

For guests staying longer than seven nights, there is a weekly maid service.

Car Requirements

A car is not considered essential for this villa but is recommended for maximum enjoyment of the beautiful island of Lanzarote.
