This impressive villa is in a prime, sea front position, with panoramic views. Modern in design, it offers a beautiful venue for a relaxing and memorable holiday under the warm Cypriot sun. It is located in the stunning Sea Caves area, close to the Arkamas peninsular with a local tavern within walking distance. It is only a 5 minute drive to the picturesque village of Peyeia with a selection of taverns, bars and shops. The blue flag beach, shops, bars and restaurants of Coral Bay are just 4 kilometres away.

Interior

This beautifully designed villa offers superior and stylish accommodation on three floors. The spacious and elegantly furnished, open plan living and dining room has magnificent views to the sea. This lovely room has a fireplace, a 32” LCD TV and patio doors leading out to a covered terrace, overlooking the swimming pool. The compact, modern kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances. Villa Estia has five, air-conditioned bedrooms, three of which have patio doors leading to private terraces. Three are located on the first floor, one of which has an ensuite bathroom and the other two have an ensuite shower room. Two have double beds and there is one with twin beds. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed en-suite shower room and one with twin beds which has an adjacent shower room. There is also a further shower room on this level. A large games room with a pool table (coin operated), is located on the lower floor.

Exterior

Patio doors from the main reception room lead out to a covered dining terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool and has breathtaking sea views. This, along with a separate summer kitchen with built in barbecue and preparation area, provides an idyllic venue for al fresco dining in spectacular surroundings. The 11x6 metre swimming pool is entered by roman steps and is surrounded by a furnished sun terrace, which can be romantically lit at night.

Amenities

Villa Estia is situated right on the coast in the Sea Caves area. The local tavern is just a short walk away and the large village of Peyeia is a few minutes drive inland and offers supermarkets, taverns, bars and restaurants. It is a good place to meet the friendly Cypriots in a traditional setting while dining on delicious mezes. A few minutes drive leads to the centre of Coral Bay with it's wealth of high quality amenities for discerning holiday makers. This sought after resort is only 4 kilometres away and has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar, water sports and the resort has a good selection of restaurants, boutiques and shops. A 25 minute drive past the Tombs of the Kings takes you into the lively town of Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping for treasures to take home and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving

Services

There is a mid-week maid service, including a towel and linen change. The air conditioning is throughout and included in the cost of the villa. There is also WiFi internet access which is also included in the price.
