This newly refurbished, penthouse apartment is ideally located on a beautiful front line development in central Costa Teguise. The first floor apartment is light, very spacious throughout and has amazing sea views. A large supermarket and a good selection of restaurants and bars are within 2 minutes walk and it is only 5-10 minutes walk away from Playa Bastian beach and Playa Jablillo beach.

Interior

Patio doors from the terrace lead into the spacious, open plan living area. A large picture window allows guests to enjoy the fabulous sea views. The living area also incorporates a dining table and is open plan to the very well equipped kitchen. The apartment has two, very generous twin bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a full ensuite bathroom and there is an additional shower room with a walk in shower. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have ample built-in wardrobe space.

Exterior

The apartment has a beautiful terrace with amazing sea views. There is a patio dining table, chairs and sun-loungers for guests wishing to soak up the Lanzarote sun. A wooden pergola partially covers the terrace and provides a pleasant shaded area. The apartment is part of a popular complex which has a swimming pool and a children’s pool. The swimming pools are surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces, with sun-loungers and palm-thatched parasols. There is also an on-site bar, tennis courts and pool tables for guests’ use.

Amenities

Los Coronas is ideally located on the Costa Teguise seafront. It is possible to fish and swim off the rocks by the apartments or walk along the new, lit promenade linking the area to the nearby beaches of Playa Bastian, Playa Jablillo and the centre of Costa Teguise. The resort of Costa Teguise boasts many of the island’s best restaurants which are only a few minutes walk from the apartment. There are also many bars and a large supermarket within a 2 minute walk. It is a 5 minute drive to the golf course and aqua park. The transfer time from the airport is approximately 15 minutes.
