This quality villa is on a very, quiet development in the charming resort of Playa Blanca. While having a private, heated swimming pool it has the added benefit of three large community swimming pools with adjacent children’s pools.

Interior

This is an attractive and stylishly decorated two storey villa which has been finished to a good standard. The pretty living room has a dining area and two sets of French doors leading to the terrace. There is a separate, modern and well equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and door to the terrace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and private terraces. One bedroom has a double bed the other has twin beds. There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Villa Marlin can accommodate 4 people in the existing bedrooms and an additional child under 12 on a fold-a-way bed.

Exterior

Doors from the living room lead out to the private, spacious sunbathing terrace. This surrounds a private, electrically heated swimming pool with roman steps, integral seating and power water jets. A barbecue and outdoor dining furniture make this a perfect place for warm, alfresco evenings. Only a short walk away there are three very large community swimming pools, each with a separate child’s pool and poolside showers.

Amenities

The villa is located on the edge of the increasingly popular resort of Playa Blanca with its many, varied attractions, restaurants and bars. It is 1,5 km from the beaches and centre of the resort, approximately a twenty five minute walk or five minute drive. There is a small supermarket five minutes walk from the villa. The glorious, famous Papagayo beaches are a fifteen minute drive and the frequent ferries to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos leave from the attractive harbour area.
