Located in Costa Teguise, this stylish, modern villa is in a good location only ten minutes walk to the nearest golden beach. Excellent restaurants and the varied amenities of this popular resort are nearby. It is a short drive to a large aqua park and the islands beautiful 18 hole golf course. The famous windsurfung beach of Las Cucharas with a good surf school is also in walking distance.

Interior

This new, two storey, attached villa is exceptionally light and airy. The living room is elegantly decorated with quality furnishings, has two patio doors and is open plan to the dining room. This area has a high cathedral style ceiling and a feature galleried upper level overlooking it. The modern kitchen is very well equipped and leads to a separate laundry room. There is also a cloakroom on this floor. There are three bedrooms on the first floor all with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with twin beds which share a family bathroom.

Exterior

Patito doors from the living room lead to a south facing sunbathing terrace overlooking the electrically heated 5mx3m swimming pool which is accessed by roman steps. A feature of this pool is that it uses a natural salt chlorinating system which greatly reduces the level of chemicals used. This is beneficial to people sensitive to chemicals and reduces eye and skin irritations. There is a second large, shaded terrace with patio dining furniture and a barbecue making it ideal for al fresco dining in the warm, long Lanzarote evenings.

Amenities

The villa is located in Costa Teguise, only a five minute walk from the excellent Beatriz Hotel and its world class Thalasso Wellness Spa which can be enjoyed by guests staying in nearby villas. Other facilities at the hotel such as the restaurants, tennis and squash courts and evening entertainement are also available to non-residents. Playa de los Charcos, a pretty protected beach with golden sand and a gentle slope into the sea is also only a ten minute walk away. A promenade links Playa de los Charcos to the neighbouring beach of Playa las Cucharas and the bars, shops and restaurants surrounding it. The five star Gran Melia Salinas Hotel is a ten minute walk from the villa and offers some of the finest cuisine on the island. A wide range of other bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The nearest minimarket is a five minute walk away, as is a child's playground. Costa Teguise is becoming increasingly popular with visitors to Lanzarote and has a very wide selection of restaurants and nightlife. There are four beaches in Costa Teguise, all of which have beautiful golden sand. The resort is popular with sports people who visit for the world class windsurfing conditions. There are also several scuba diving schools in Costa Teguise and it is the location of the island's only golf course. For younger guests Costa Teguise has a very popular water park. The resort is only a fifteen minute transfer from the airport and twenty five minutes from Puerto Del Carmen. The capital city of Arrecife, with its wide variety of shops and restaurants is a five minute drive away and is accessable on public transport.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights, there is a weekly maid service. The owner also provides a beach towel for each guest for use around the pool.
