This beautiful, single storey villa has a spacious, luxurious feel and is ideally located in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen. The resort's shops, bars and restaurants are only a ten minute walk away and the old harbour is only a fifteen walk away. The private heated swimming pool and outdoor Spa-Jacuzzi provide an extra special touch, making ideal for the more discerning guest.

Interior

The villa is furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard and has a luxurious, restful ambience. The large living area has a vaulted ceiling which, along with the patio doors to the pool, makes the villa feel very light and spacious. The living area is stylishly furnished with leather sofas and a formal dining suite. The separate kitchen is extremely well equipped and leads to the utility room and drying area. The villa has three well proportioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms each of which have twin beds and share a family bathroom.

Exterior

The detached villa is set in its own gardens with high walls for added privacy. The 6m x 3m electrically heated pool is accessed via ladder steps and is surrounded by a pretty sunbathing terrace which is furnished with sunbeds, a barbecue and patio furniture. For added relaxation and romance, there is an outdoor, 19 jet American hot spring jacuzzi. A traditional Canarian style barbecue and patio furniture make the villa ideal for guests who enjoy alfresco dining. There is a lovely wooden pergola covering part of the patio which offers much needed shade from the Lanzarote sun.

Amenities

The villa is situated in a beautiful, peaceful and exclusive residential area of Puerto del Carmen. It is within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. A fifteen minute walk takes you to the old harbour area which has an excellent selection of bars and restaurants. Many excursions leave from this harbour, including a glass bottom boat and it is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or meal and watch the local fishermen bring in the catch of the day. The closest beach is Playa Chica which is a fifteen minute walk away and has golden sand and a volcanic rocky cove. The other fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are also within walking distance of the villa. A ten minute walk from the villa is the new Biosfera shopping centre which has an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and a children's play area for younger guests. The villa is ideally located for exploring the rest of the beautiful island of Lanzarote. Within a few minutes drive of the villa is a small Wild West theme park where children can see a selection of unusual animals and enjoy the daily alligator, parrot and eagle shows. Puerto Calero, an exclusive marina, is only a five minute journey by car from the villa and is a beautiful place to enjoy a meal in one of the fabulous restaurants while watching the yachts and boats. It is also the departure point for many popular excursions including game fishing, a catamaran, submarine trips and yacht charters. The volcanic wine growing region of La Geria is only a ten minute drive and there are many Bodegas where the local produce can be sampled. The transfer time from the airport to the villa is ten minutes.

Services

There is a twice weekly maid service and towels are changed six times a week. The owners provide a welcome basket of groceries on arrival.
