(as rated by 15 recent visitors) | This beautiful villa is ideally located in central Costa Teguise, only a few minutes walk from the beach and the excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants the resort has to offer. The two storey, detached villa is stylishly decorated and has an elegant Spanish feel with a galleried balcony, high ceilings and extensive use of wood.
InteriorThe villa has been furnished with a sumptuous, elegant feel and is extremely spacious. At the centre of the house is a formal dining hall which is overlooked by a galleried balcony. The living room is gracefully furnished with double doors opening to the pool area and sunbathing terrace. There is a separate kitchen which is well equipped, has a breakfast table and doors to the pool area. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a shower room. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a king size bed and the second has a double bed. All of the bedrooms have ample built-in wardrobe space. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the second storey where there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a king size bed and the second has twin beds. A galleried balcony on the first floor overlooks the ground floor. Doors from the gallery lead to two large sunbathing terraces. This villa can accommodate 8 people in the existing bedrooms and a further two children under 12 on a fold-a-way bed.
ExteriorA sunbathing terrace surrounds the 7 x 3.5m electrically heated pool which is accessed via ladder steps. There is a built-in barbeque and patio dining furniture which makes this villa ideal for alfresco dining in the warm Lanzarote evenings. There are also two large sunbathing terraces leading from the first floor of the villa both of which overlook the swimming pool and have views to the sea.
AmenitiesThe villa is located very centrally, within a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Las Cucharas beach. There are many restaurants along the beach front and from there it is a 10 minute walk along the promenade into the centre of Costa Teguise, with all its many and varied facilities. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre and there is a windsurf school on the beach. The resort boasts many superb restaurants and shops, many of which are within walking distance of the villa and it is a short drive to the island’s only golf course and the nearby aqua park. Only a few minutes walk away is the newly built Thalasso&wellness centre, a fantastic facility incorporating a world class Spa. It is a 15 minute drive to the airport and 20 to the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen.

Deposit and Balance Payments - To confirm bookings placed more than 13 weeks before arrival, a desposit of the greater of 20% and £150 is due, and the full balance is due 13 weeks before arrival.
