This is an attractive, single-storey villa in a peaceful rural setting with superb views of the countryside and the nearby mountains. It is on the edge of the traditional, Canarian village of Villa Verde and is within a few minutes walking distance to the nearest restaurant and supermarket. Only a fifteen minute drive takes you to the beautiful, unspoilt, lagoon beach at El Cotillo or to the famous dune beaches outside Corralejo.

Interior

This new two bedroom villa has been finished and decorated to a high standard and is extremely well-equipped for a self-catering holiday. Casa Luna has an open plan, comfortable living room with a dining area, high wooden ceiling and patio doors to the front terrace. The attractive, country kitchen has doors to the barbecue area and the pool. The villa has two bedrooms with electric fans. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and the use of a second shower room.

Exterior

A protected, walled sun terrace surrounds the kidney-shaped, electrically heated swimming pool which has an adjacent poolside shower. The pool measures 5x3 metres and is entered by roman steps. This private, sheltered terrace has sun-beds, patio furniture and a built-in Canarian barbeque, making it perfect for hours of al fresco relaxation in the warm Fuerteventura climate. The terrace at the front of the villa has patio furniture and excellent views of the surrounding countryside.

Amenities

Villa Verde is a traditional Canarian village just ten minutes drive from the fabulous dune beaches at Corralejo and the same distance to the fantastic, unspoilt surfing beaches at El Cotillo. On the other side of the village of El Cotillo are stunning, aquamarine, lagoon beaches, far from the main tourism of the island. The village of Villa Verde has several restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a small country hotel which serves excellent cuisine. The location is perfect for clients wanting a peaceful holiday but where amenities of a resort and fantastic beaches are only a short drive away. Corralejo is a ten minute drive and is the main resort in the North of Fuerteventura. It has a huge, new water park, a market, an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also the location of the world famous dune beaches which, as well as being stunning places to bathe, are also very popular with windsurfers and kitesurfers. The island’s only golf course is a 30 minute drive away in Caleta de Fuste. The transfer time from the airport is approximately 30 minutes.

Services

For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid service and mid-week towel change. The owner provides clients with a complimentary welcome pack on arrival.
