This excellent, high quality new villa is located in an exclusive, tranquil area of Puerto del Carmen. It is only a short walk to the picturesque old harbour area, with its excellent selection of restaurants, bars and marine excursions. The miles of golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are a fifteen minute walk away.

Interior

This lovely single storey, detached villa is extremely spacious and well appointed throughout. A hallway leads into the large, stylishly furnished living room which has a dining area and patio doors to a covered dining patio which overlooks the pool. The villa has a separate, spacious well equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. There are three very spacious, light, airy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with double basins and a bath with an overhead shower attachment. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has twin beds. There is an additional full bathroom in the villa. Casa Caldera can accommodate 6 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under 12 years of age on a fold-a-way bed.

Exterior

The villa has a very large terrace surrounding the 6m x 4m electrically heated swimming pool which is accessed by Roman steps and has seating around the sides. The high wall around the property ensures privacy for clients on the terrace and this area has views to the sea and mountains.

Amenities

The villa is located in the exclusive residential area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen and is only a ten minute walk from the picturesque old harbour. In the harbour area guests can enjoy a wide selection of bars and restaurants, including several serving excellent fish and traditional Canarian tapas. Many excursions leave from the harbour including a water taxi and a glass bottom boat. The nearest beach is approximately a fifteen minute walk from the villa and is very pretty, with golden sand and natural rock coves. Playa Chica is very popular with scuba divers and there are several dive centres located in the area. A twenty minute walk from the villa is the new Biosfera shopping centre which has a good selection of shops and restaurants. The shopping centre has a children's play area for younger guests to enjoy. Only a few minutes' drive from the villa is a small, Wild West theme park which has a selection of animals for children to enjoy and is also the venue for daily parrot, eagle and alligator shows. The main street of Puerto del Carmen where there is a superb selection of shops, bars and restaurants is also within easy walking distance of the villa. A fifteen minute walk is the Fariones sports centre where more energetic guests can take part in aerobics classes or hire tennis courts. The wine growing region of La Geria is a short drive from Puerto del Carmen and there are several Bodegas where local produce can be sampled. Only a five minute drive from the villa is the exclusive marina of Puerto Calero. Guests can view the fabulous selection of boats and yachts while enjoying a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants.
