This exquisite villa is perfectly located in a peaceful residential street in the old town area of Puerto del Carmen and is only a few minutes’ walk from the picturesque harbour with its many excellent restaurants. The golden beaches of the resort and its extremely wide range of shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance of the villa.

Interior

This superb villa is very spacious and has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard with marble floors throughout. The impressive entrance hall leads through to the living room which is extremely light, with a picture window and patio doors allowing sun to pour into the villa throughout the day. It is elegantly furnished and up-lighting around the room gives a romantic ambience in the evening. There is a very large, exceptionally well designed, separate kitchen which incorporates a formal dining area. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with excellent quality fittings, including a range style oven and a stainless steel extractor hood. The villa has three superb bedrooms which all have a stylish, opulent feel. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The bedrooms share a family shower room which has a large walk-in shower.

Exterior

The outdoor area of the property is beautiful, very sheltered and extremely private. Patio doors from the living room lead out to a sunbathing terrace which surrounds the 6.5m x 4.5m electrically heated pool The pool is accessed via Roman steps and is 1.2m in depth at the shallow end and 1.5m at the deep end. There is a very large covered area, walled on three sides to give maximum protection from the sun and breeze. It has outdoor dining furniture and is romantically lit with many small spotlights. Together with the barbecue it makes the ideal place to enjoy alfresco dining in the long, warm Lanzarote evenings.

Amenities

The villa is located in an exclusive residential street in the old town area of Puerto del Carmen. The picturesque harbour with its excellent selection of bars and restaurants is only a ten minute walk away. Many popular excursions such as the glass bottom boat depart from the old harbour and it is an interesting place to enjoy a drink and watch the local fishermen bring in the catch of the day. Within a fifteen minute walk of the villa is the new Biosfera shopping centre which has a good range of shops, restaurants and a play area for younger guests. The main shopping area of Puerto del Carmen with its plethora of shops, bars and restaurants is within easy walking distance of the villa. The closest supermarket and restaurants are only a two minute walk from the villa. The nearest beach is Playa Chica which has pretty golden sand and rocky coves and is about a fifteen minute walk from the villa. Playa Chica is very popular with scuba divers and there are several dive centres located in the area. The volcanic wine growing region of La Geria is a short drive from Puerto del Carmen and there are several Bodegas where local produce can be sampled. Only a ten minute drive from the villa is the exclusive marina of Puerto Calero. Guests can view the fabulous selection of boats and yachts while enjoying a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants. Puerto Calero is also the starting point for the very popular game fishing, submarine and catamaran excursions. For guests wishing to enjoy a typically Canarian experience, the pretty fishing village of Playa Quemada is only a ten minute drive from the villa and is the location of an excellent seafront restaurant and a small, black volcanic beach. The transfer time from the airport to the villa is fifteen minutes.
