This attractive, modern bungalow offers superb accommodation in an excellent, peaceful location. Set in an elevated position it has panoramic sea views to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura and is only a short walk from the miles of golden beaches and attractions of Puerto Del Carmen.

Interior

The property is light and airy throughout and has been finished to a high standard. The attractive open plan living room has fantastic views, a comfortable dining area and patio doors to the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The separate, spacious, modern kitchen is very well equipped for a self catering holiday. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, patio doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and the use of a shower room. There is a sofabed in the lounge for an additional child under 12 years of age.

Exterior

The outdoor area of this property is truly outstanding with extensive sunbathing terraces on two levels enjoying the excellent views and spectacular sunsets. Patio doors from the living room and master bedroom lead to the upper terrace which has patio dining furniture and a gate to prevent children gaining access to the swimming pool. A few steps lead to the lower level and the lovely 7.5m x 3.5m electrically heated swimming pool which is entered by Roman steps. The addition of a barbecue and the wonderful setting ensure that guests can enjoy long hours of al fresco dining.

Amenities

The bungalow is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minutes’ drive or a ten-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of excellent local restaurants. The fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are nearby and it is conveniently located for touring the island.
