Located in Lajares, this is a delightful, modern villa surrounded by beautiful, lush, subtropical gardens. It is located in a typical Canarian village in an idyllic country location but is only a few minutes drive to the glorious, lagoon beaches in El Cotillo. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the bustling resort of Corralejo with all the many amenities of a large resort.

Interior

This is an attractive, new, light and spacious villa which has been fitted with good quality furnishings. An entrance hall leads in to the spacious, comfortable living room which has a separate dining area and patio doors to the terrace. The separate, large, modern kitchen is extremely well equipped for a self catering holiday and has an archway into the dining room. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. One bedroom has twin beds the other a single bed. Upstairs is a lovely, large master bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. On this floor there is a huge terrace which encircles the entire house and has panoramic views over the countryside.

Exterior

This lovely villa is set in beautiful, sub-tropical gardens, which include an orchard where clients are welcome to help themselves to ripe seasonal fruits. Patio doors from the living room lead to the large sunbathing terrace which surrounds the private, solar heated swimming pool which is accessed by roman steps. Outside the living room is a covered and sheltered dining terrace, perfect for long alfresco evenings in the balmy Fuerteventura climate. The enormous upper terrace is a wonderful place for private sunbathing and has panoramic views to the mountains, sea and surrounding countryside.
