This superb villa is set in an exclusive, residential street in the old harbour area of Puerto del Carmen. The large sunbathing terrace, electrically heated swimming pool and private jacuzzi add to the luxurious ambience of this villa.

Interior

This spacious villa has recently been refurbished and offers an excellent standard of holiday accommodation. The large living and dining area has an apex ceiling and patio doors which add to the feeling of space and light. There is a separate kitchen which is extremely well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The villa has three large, sumptuous bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with a full suite, bath and separate shower.There are two further bedrooms each with twin beds which share a full family bathroom. The bedrooms are set around a beautiful internal garden feature.

Exterior

This detached villa is set in its own mature gardens. The 8m x 4m electrically heated pool is accessed via ladder steps and is surrounded by ample sunbathing terraces. There is an area coverered by a wooden pergola which offers much needed shade from the Lanzarote sun and is furnished with dining table and chairs. For added luxury and romance there is a 26 jet American hot spring jacuzzi on the terrace.

Amenities

The villa is located in an exclusive residential street in the old town area of Puerto del Carmen. The picturesque harbour with its excellent selection of bars and restaurants is only a ten minute walk away. Many popular excursions such as the glass bottom boat depart from the old harbour and it is an interesting place to enjoy a drink and watch the local fishermen bring in the catch of the day. Within a fifteen minute walk of the villa is the new Biosfera shopping centre which has a good range of shops, restaurants and a play area for younger guests. The main shopping area of Puerto del Carmen with its plethora of shops, bars and restaurants is within easy walking distance of the villa. The closest supermarket and restaurants are only a two minute walk from the villa. The nearest beach is Playa Chica which has pretty golden sand and rocky coves and is about a fifteen minute walk from the villa. Playa Chica is very popular with scuba divers and there are several dive centres located in the area. The volcanic wine growing region of La Geria is a short drive from Puerto del Carmen and there are several Bodegas where local produce can be sampled. Only a ten minute drive from the villa is the exclusive marina of Puerto Calero. Guests can view the fabulous selection of boats and yachts while enjoying a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants. Puerto Calero is also the starting point for the very popular game fishing, submarine and catamaran excursions. For guests wishing to enjoy a typically Canarian experience, the pretty fishing village of Playa Quemada is only a ten minute drive from the villa and is the location of an excellent seafront restaurant and a small, black volcanic beach. The transfer time from the airport to the villa is fifteen minutes.

Services

There is a twice weekly maid service and towels are changed six times per week. A complimentary welcome pack is provided for guests.
