This stylish new villa is situated on the prestigious golf course in Caleta de Fuste. It provides an excellent level of holiday accommodation for golfers or families looking for a relaxing, luxurious holiday. The spacious sunbathing terrace, large heated pool and fantastic views from the roof terrace make it ideal for soaking up the Canarian sun all day long. It is only a two minute walk from a five star hotel where guests can enjoy a meal or a drink and it is a five minute drive from the amenities and beaches of Caleta de Fuste.

Interior

This spacious, single storey villa is beautifully furnished in a contemporary, comfortable style. The large open plan living area incorporates a formal dining table and has patio doors leading to the pool area. There is a separate kitchen which has everything needed for a self catering holiday. The villa has four spacious bedrooms all of which have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with overhead shower . There are three further twin bedrooms which share a large family bathroom which is also fitted with an over head shower attachment. A PlayStation 2 is also in the villa for those guests who wish to bring their own games.

Exterior

The exterior of this detached villa is surprisingly large. Patio doors from the living area lead to the pool and sunbathing terrace. The 8m x 4m pool is except during the months of June, July, August and September. The pool is accessed by Roman steps and is surrounded by a large patio area where there are ample sunbeds. There is a barbecue and patio dining furniture to ensure guests can enjoy alfresco dining. Steps to the side of the villa lead to the magnificent roof terrace. This offers an excellent area for more private sunbathing and has fantastic views of the golf course and towards the sea.

Amenities

Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura golf development, the facilities of an exclusive five star hotel are on your doorstep. Within the hotel is an excellent restaurant and bar with views of the golf course. For more active guests, the entrance to an 18-hole golf course is also within this hotel. The resort of Caleta de Fuste, is a five minute drive away where guests can enjoy a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large, shallow beach, perfect for children and a picturesque marina with a selection of excellent water excursions. A shuttle bus service is available between the golf course hotel, the resort of Caleta De Fuste and the newly opened shopping mall. Two pretty lagoon beaches are a fifteen minute walk or three minutes drive from the villa. From there you can walk along the promenade into the centre of the resort or to the main beach at El Playa del Castillo. Before you reach the lagoon beaches there is an excellent new shopping mall. It has a very good choice of shops and restaurants, as well as a very large supermarket with a good variety of fresh food. There are newly opened diving and windsurfing centres on the beach at Caleta De Fuste. The villa is a 15 minute transfer from the airport by car or taxi.
