This superb, luxurious and modern villa overlooks the fabulous white sands and aquamarine waters of Camps Bay. It has stunning panoramic ocean and mountain views and extensive terraces and pool area. These stunning views can sometimes provide a magical setting for sightings of whales and dolphins, when in season. The prestigious resort of Camps Bay with its long sandy beach, and excellent selection of restaurants, bars and cafes is just a short walk away down private steps to the beach road. This villa can be rented with the neighbouring property for larger groups.

Interior

This exceptional, villa, set on two levels, has been elegantly and comfortably furnished. It has beautiful, light, spacious rooms with high ceilings and huge picture windows throughout. African artefacts and modern, high quality furnishings have been used to create a special atmosphere for a memorable holiday. The villa has several, generous, living, dining and entertainment areas with huge patio doors leading out to the extensive terraces. From every angle there are breathtaking views to the sea and there is even a separate cocktail bar with access from the pool terrace. The kitchen has a breakfast area and is well-equipped for self catering or as a base for an exclusive, private catering service which can be arranged. The villa has six well appointed bedrooms. The beautiful, exceptionally large master suite is on the first floor with spectacular views from the bedroom. It has a small dressing room and an en-suite bathroom in which guests can enjoy fantastic sea views from the bath. On this floor there are three further bedrooms. One has a double bed, private sea-facing balcony and an en-suite bathroom. A further double and a twin bedroom room share a full, family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. A cosy study/ living area on this level has a music system, telephone, fax and internet access through the phone line. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate shower room and guest toilet downstairs and a laundry room with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A small double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room is located in an annexe at the side of the house within a pretty, gated courtyard.

Exterior

The centre point of the split-level terraces is the lovely, heated swimming pool. While luxuriating in it guests can look out to sea over the low edge and imagine themselves in the waves. The sunbathing terraces are furnished with good quality dining furniture, sun beds and a gas barbecue. They provide a perfect setting for many memorable hours relaxing with a long cool drink, overlooking this very special scenery.

Amenities

The villa is located in Camps Bay, a trendy, exclusive suburb on the Atlantic coast just a ten minute drive from downtown Cape Town. The long, white sandy beach around which the bay curves was the first in Cape Town to be awarded Blue Flag Status. Camps Bay is located behind Table Mountain, nestled between Lions Head and the majestic Twelve Apostles. The protected position of the bay means that although the ocean is refreshingly cool, it is less windy than other nearby beaches. The main road in Camps Bay is lined with bars, hotels and excellent restaurants overlooking the beach. Deck chairs and umbrellas are available for daily rental on the beach. The palm fringed beach and cosmopolitan array of restaurants and cafes give Camps Bay a vibrant ‘South of France’ ambience. Downtown Cape Town is just a ten minute drive along the spectacular Kloof Nek road. The spectacular Llandudno, Clifton and Bakoven beaches are also no more than a 5 minute drive from Camps Bay. The very popular V&A Waterfront development is a fifteen minute drive away and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, boat and helicopter tours and other attractions.
