This is a charming, authentic 200 year old, converted farmhouse. It has spectacular views over the lush, flower filled valley of Lunziata, towards the beautiful cathedral and historical capital of Victoria.

Interior

In traditional style, all the rooms of this beautiful house are entered from the central courtyard, however there are also internal stairs. The living area is on the lower level. It consists of an open plan kitchen, living and dining room, with a vaulted arched ceiling, comfortable pine furnishings and patio doors to the pool area. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level. The house has three bedrooms, which are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and there are two with twin beds, one of which has an en-suite shower room. There is also a second shower room.

Exterior

The property is accessed by a gate leading into a picturesque, flower filled courtyard, on several levels. An extensive sun terrace with patio furniture and breathtaking, panoramic views surrounds the attractive 7.5x5 metre, kidney shaped swimming pool. A separate Jacuzzi forms part of the pool and is an idylic place to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the surrounding area.

Amenities

This villa is located in a prominent position in the green valley of Lunziate, Munxar on the way to Xlendi Bay. It is a short drive to this popular resort with a selection of bars and restaurants and also the nearest cove for swimming.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service with a mid week towel change and bathroom clean.

Car Requirements

It is essential to hire a car on this fascinating island. The roads are good and every kilometre brings a new and interesting surprise. We can supply a good selection of rental cars or jeeps.
