This new, secluded villa is in a superb location, on the south side of the island. It has unbeatable, panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and towards the neighbouring island of Malta.
InteriorThis bungalow style villa is quite simply furnished, perfect for a tranquil and laid-back holiday. It has a living room with an archway to the dining room and kitchen. The villa has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. They share a full bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle.
ExteriorThe principal magic of this property is the outdoor area, which it provides endless space for relaxation and al fresco dining, in a wonderful setting. It is off the beaten track and enjoying spectacular views. The large, 8.5x4 metre swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive sun terrace, which has patio dining furniture and sun beds. From the living room doors lead to an upper terrace with a picnic table and low walls overlooking the main pool terrace, from here steps lead down to the sun terrace, pool and barbecue. The owner of the villa also owns the surrounding fields and can be seen regularly tending the land. The lower ground floor of the villa is an apartment used by the owner, which has a separate entrance to the rest of the house, so is not intrusive to guests.
AmenitiesThis villa is located in a secluded part of the village of Ghajnsielem with spectacular views across to the sea. The picturesque village of Mgarr is a 5 minute drive away with a selection of restaurants and local shops.
Services For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service with a mid week towel change and bathroom clean.
Car RequirementsIt is essential to hire a car on this fascinating island. The roads are good and every kilometre brings a new and interesting surprise. We can supply a good selection of rental cars or jeeps.
