This is a charming, comfortable holiday villa set in a superb location. It is only a fifteen minute walk into the beautiful old harbour area and beach in Estepona and thirty minutes walk along the promenade into the town centre. It has glorious views to the sea and neighbouring Gibraltar.

Interior

This spacious, comfortable family villa is set on three levels and is decorated to a good standard. It is bright and airy throughout with most rooms having marble floors. The large, sunken living room and raised dining area have ample seating and large patio doors leading to the garden. There is a separate office with a telephone and a large fitted kitchen with access to a utility room. The villa has six bedrooms. Two with double beds are on the lower level and share a shower room. Four are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and patio doors to a large terrace with superb views of the sea and Gibraltar. There is a further room with a double bed and one with twin beds, both have access to the terrace. The sixth bedroom has twin beds. There is a family bathroom on this floor and a guest cloakroom with a toilet on the ground floor.

Exterior

The exterior areas of this villa are beautiful with outstanding sea views. An extensive, grassed garden surrounds the exceptionally large swimming pool which is entered by roman steps. The villa has several spacious terraces, outside the dining room there is patio furniture and a barbecue where guests can enjoy al fresco dining in pleasant shade. The upper terraces enjoy magnificent views over the coast, the sea and Gibraltar.

Amenities

This villa is located on the eastern end of Estepona in an area called Segher. It is approximately a five minute drive to the supermarket and beach. One of the most sheltered and sought after beaches named Playa del Cristo is at this end of Estepona only a twelve minute walk away. Another ten minute walk from there will bring you to the yacht harbour that has a lovely fishing port. There is a very simple Spanish fish restaurant named La Escollera which gets it’s fish fresh every morning from the fishermen. In the harbour area there are several international restaurants, cafeterias, bars and also a supermarket which is open from 8am to 2am. Every Sunday morning the market takes place here. A short seven minute drive into the centre of Estepona will offer you even more shopping. Parking is made easy by an underground car park.
