These superb, luxury, two bedroom apartments are in an unsurpassable beach side location on the best beach in the area. These are ground floor apartments, with beautiful views across the garden that share two large communal pools. Set in some of the most beautiful tropical gardens on the Costa del Sol, the development has won prizes for the varied array of plant life, landscaping and excellent standard of maintenance. Located between two five star hotels they are just five minutes drive from Estepona and San Pedro.

Interior

These excellent, bright and spacious apartments have been stylishly decorated to a high standard and are air conditioned. As they are all privately owned the furnishings vary but they are all of a similar standard. Each apartment has a large living and dining area with patio doors that lead on to a terrace, where guests can relax. The separate kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday. The apartments each have a double and one twin bedroom, each with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a guest cloakroom with toilet.

Exterior

These ground floor apartments have patio doors leading onto a large covered terrace with direct access on to a grassed garden area. They look out across the landscaped greenery and offer ample room for alfresco dining in a glorious location. One communal swimming pool is set in lush tropical gardens and the other is by the side of the beach and next to the beach bar. There is a beautiful on-site beach bar and restaurant that offers a good selection of meals and snacks while enjoying the spectacular views of Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains of Africa. An informal dress code applies in the evenings and there is sometimes live music. A few metres away on the beach is a typical Chiringuito beach bar with sun beds to hire. Please note that the Chringuito beach bars are normally open summer months only.

Amenities

Vista Africa Apartments are situated directly on Castor beach which is conveniently located seven kilometres from Estepona between two, five star, grand luxury hotels. This is an exceptionally well maintained complex of superb quality, set in beautiful tropical gardens with a lovely pool area and promenade. The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Estapona, a lovely town which has a beautiful marina with a variety of international restaurants and bars. This is a working fishing port that has daily auctions for a choice of fresh seafood. There is also a weekly Sunday market held in the port. A twenty minute drive from Estapona is the Selwo Safari Park, where over two thousand animals can be seen living in semi-wild conditions. There are a large number of golf courses within the vicinity and the area is linked to the fabulous Puerto Banus, which offers an abundance of designer boutiques, restaurants and nightlife.

Services

For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly clean and a mid week towel and linen change. There is a 24hour security guard. A welcome pack is provided for guests on arrival. A refundable security deposit of 400 euros is taken upon arrival.
