This is a very big five-bedroom villa with a charming courtyard and tropical gardens. Some bedrooms have an individual entrance from the main house and each one has its own en-suite bathroom. It also has a pool house with an integrated Sauna.

Interior

This is a very spacious villa and perfect for two families. The large living room has an open fireplace and several patio doors leading out to two terraces. The separate dining area leads out to the barbecue terrace on one side and to the courtyard on the other side. The large, well-equipped kitchen has a small breakfast table and a utility room. The villa has five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and patio doors leading to the pool area. It has an exclusive en-suit bathroom with a separate shower and toilet. Three bedrooms are accessible via the courtyard, which connects to the main entrance. One has a double bed and the others have twin beds. They all have their own spacious en-suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom is located facing the pool house with patio doors leading to the pool area. It has a lovely en-suite shower room.

Exterior

The villa is set in well-maintained tropical gardens. It has a huge covered barbecue terrace as well as a lovely sitting area facing the pool. The pool house has a sauna, which has a separate shower and toilet. The pool area has several comfortable sun beds and enough space for everybody to relax and sunbathe. The villa has a typical Andalucian courtyard with archways. The villa has a gated driveway and can easily fit two cars.

Amenities

The villa is set right next to the road, which leads up to Ronda. From there you have easy access to the toll road as well as the coastal road. San Pedro is just two kilometres away and every Thursday there is a market that takes place not far from the villa. Just down the road is a great Spanish restaurant. La Quinta Golf Club is a five-minute drive away and there are several more golf courses in the vicinity. Ronda is a beautiful town about a 45-minute drive into the mountains. This is a great excursion for the day. It has the oldest bullring of Spain where Ernest Hemingway used to watch bullfights. Today it is a museum and you can take guided tours there. San Pedro has a wonderful promenade with sufficient parking spaces and easy access to the beach. There are also many great restaurants to choose from including one, which specializes in Paellas. The exiting marina of Puerto Banús is only fifteen-minute drive away where you can go shopping or just have a cocktail and enjoy the view of the yachts swaying on the glittering sea.
