These attractive two bedroom apartments enjoy an excellent sea front location with direct access to Castor Beach between Estepona and Puerto Banus. They are located on the second and third floor and have magnificent sea views. Set amongst attractive, mature gardens these Andalusian style apartments are in one of the best positions along the Costa del Sol.
InteriorThese popular, attractive apartments have been comfortably furnished and have air conditioning throughout which is included. As they are each privately owned the furnishings vary but they are all of a similar standard. They have a spacious living room with a dining area and patio doors leading to a balcony with spectacular sea views. The separate kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday. The apartments each have a double and one twin bedroom which share a family bathroom.
ExteriorThe apartments have patio doors leading to a balcony which have magnificent views out to sea and offer plenty of room for outside dining. There is a large communal pool along with a separate children’s pool set amongst lush tropical gardens. The complex also has paddle tennis, boules and volleyball courts for people wanting to be slightly more energetic. For those just wanting to relax on the extensive sun terraces there is an on-site pool bar serving food, snacks and drinks. The complex has direct, gated access to the beach which has a typical Chiringuito beach bar with sun beds to hire.
AmenitiesEstepona Beach Apartments are situated directly on Castor beach which is conveniently located seven kilometres from Estepona between two, five star, grand luxury hotels. This is an exceptionally well maintained complex of superb quality, set in beautiful tropical gardens with a lovely pool area and promenade. The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Estapona, a lovely town which has a beautiful marina with a variety of international restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop just 400 metres from the complex and there is a frequent bus service between Estepona and Malaga, Torremolinos and Fuengirola. Estepona has a working fishing port that has daily auctions for a choice of fresh seafood and there is also a weekly Sunday market held in the port. A twenty minute drive from Estapona is the Selwo Safari Park, where over two thousand animals can be seen living in semi-wild conditions. There are a large number of golf courses within the vicinity and the area is linked to the fabulous Puerto Banus, which offers an abundance of designer boutiques, restaurants and nightlife.
